Unfortunately, he simply said he was sorry and brushed us off. We expected a little more concern or acknowledgment, especially given the issues we experienced. We've rented from Twin Cove in the past, but after this experience, we won't be going back. There are plenty of other marinas on Norris Lake to try, and we'll be taking our business elsewhere next summer.

There were 12 of us waiting for the boat to arrive at our dock 8 adults, 4 kids(1yr, 3yr, 6yr, 8yr) At 10 am still no boat so a few of us drove down to the marina(wasting boat time and gas $$) to see what the issue was. The very rude manager(Autumn) stated she did not know until that morning that she had to deliver a pontoon to us. (THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM) I booked this rental AND PAID FOR IT ALONG WITH THE DELIVERY CHARGE 7/6/26($538.06 FOR 1 DAY) and had a reservation number. Autumn also claimed she answered our phone calls but couldn't hear us. I could not believe she is arguing with a customer. The boat finally arrived at 10:45am and was told they were late because they had to use our rental pontoon and gas to pick up another boat which was past our lake rental house. The boat had a 1/2 tank of gas which I have a picture of. I was also told the gas gauge was not accurate. Really?????Autumn told me the gauge was full when they left the marina.(Maybe it was but they used the gas to pick up another boat which was past our house.) Autumn didn't seem to understand this or even care. I was billed $48 for gas when they picked up the boat. We put $80(have the receipt) in gas in the boat but since the gas gauge wasn't working they could rip me off. Please everyone out there reading this RENT FROM ANOTHER MARINA!!! THIS BUSINESS ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING MONEY OFF PEOPLE!!! It seems this same situation happened 6/29/24 which I just read in a review. You would think this operation would have learned from this 2 years ago but they really do not want to keep their customers happy. We called 2 months out to confirm they were still operating during Covid. They said they were fully operational. When we arrived, after driving 6 hrs, they had lost our reservation and said they did not have boats for us. They finally gave us one run down speed boat - only 2 years old and trashed inside and most gauges did not work- and one pontoon which we had to swap out for a different pontoon -also had multiple gauges not working- as we went to leave since they decided they wanted to work on that one. They gave us a discounted rate ONLY because we negotiated. They had no intent to make up for their loss of our reservation and giving us 2 poor boats. Two days into our trip, the speed boat broke down and was no longer useable. After they hauled the speed boat away, we went to the marina to pick up a Tritoon - the telescoping tow tower would not extend to the tow position. Had we not come to pick it up ourselves, we would have missed a complete other day boating. When we arrived to pick up the Tritoon, they still needed to clean it out, inspect it, and gas it up. When we returned the boats at the end of our trip, we attempted to renegotiate the price since the price we had agreed upon was for 1 speed boat for 4 days and 1 pontoon for 4 days, but we only had the speed boat for 2 days since it broke down. The manager, Tobi, finally said by her power she could give us $100 off and would talk to the owners the following week to see about a refund on top of the $100. We called Tobi back the following week as she instructed; she preceding to not remember our case and that the owners denied even giving us the $100 refund.

The guys at Tommy's booth were very knowledgeable and helpful. After signing the contract Tommy's continued being just as helpful and were great at communication. Tommy's doesn't do a hard sell or try and sell you things you won't need and happily answers any and all questions. When the impeller pulled something in, Tommy's was quick to set up a time to get service. They don't make promises they can't keep and certainly go beyond expectations. This is the kind of business and people we like to do business with and feel lucky we bought from them. Sara and Richard are great people. I can't remember the two or three other gentlemen we met but they deserve a thanks too. Tommy and Barbara delivered the Wave Runners and gave us a quick rundown about them. Originally bought our camper at Camping World 5 years ago. Have had nothing but bad experiences…read morewith their service department since. Had to have some work done this year ( water pump wasn't working). Took it to Weekend RV, they told me they were about 2 weeks out in the service department, due to the fact its November and everyone is needing winterization. I was expecting to pay hundreds of dollars for a new water pump to be installed. Turns out the tech got the old pump working and 7 days later my camper was ready for pickup. My bill was less than $100 and that was with a new door key I requested. I feel like most dealers would have just replaced it anyway because i had authorized the work, but Weekend RV didn't. Everyone that I have talked to there was very professional and personable, the staff is awesome and obviously puts customer service a priority over the evil dollar. Today we needed a regulator for my fathers camper, neither big box stores had one in stock, called Weekend RV and it was in stock and almost 20% cheaper. From now on they have all my families business and this important to us because we average 30 plus nights a year at various racing events and are always boone docking. Highly recommended dealer

We bought our first camping trailer in Nashville. It was a used Rockwood trailer, just a year old, and the previous owners obviously had not used it much because it was a perfect starter camper. Our first year, we traveled over 6,000 trouble-free miles and the RV bug hit. We were hooked. We also have three cats, so it was important that they be able to come with us. During that first summer, we visited 17 states and Alberta, Canada. When we came home, we began to ask fellow RV'ers what dealership they would go to for regular service and intermittent problems. We got several suggestions, but when we went to the dealer, we were less than impressed, and surprising so when we went to one of the larger name familiar dealers. Finally, one of my work associates told me about Weekend RV. He was totally sold on their service and so I made an appointment for a routine service and boy am I glad I did. Even though I did not buy my trailer from Weekend RV, they treated me like family -- a real rarity nowadays. I was ecstatic; I had found my RV specialists in a big way. And I cannot say enough about their service, their knowledge, their friendly staff and their reasonable prices. I've dropped by on a number of occasions and they already know my name! Kind of like Cheers! Haha! Last week, while preparing for another 4,000 mile snow bird trip to Phoenix, I went to Weekend RV to inquire about some minor issues with my camper. What I never intended, however, was to set my eyes on another Rockwood that was 2021 model. It was a beauty, complete with a fireplace!! I couldn't believe the price. Even without my trade in, it was an absolute steal. So much better than any other RV dealers within a 467 mile radius. The deal was made, the paperwork will be signed on Monday, and we'll be cruising along the long and winding road, in our new Rockwood trailer.
