I explained the situation and he agreed to come our later that evening. Using our combined flashlight power, he dismantled the passenger side door and discovered that the switch was faulty. He managed to make the window go back up but didn't have the part in stock (I didn't expect that he would). I'll have it repaired when I reach my destination in Texas. I was totally impressed with Chris' service and knowledge. He didn't have to take a chunk out of his personal time to help me. He certainly knew what he was doing and did it efficiently and quickly. And he had a very nice demeanor. Well worth the 5 stars.

Chris was nice and professional at first came out at the same time our insurance did which was very helpful. We finally got the insurance money and let Chris know. He told us a date on when he'd come out since our slides also needed to be realigned. The first time he came out he thought he had told us which seals we needed, he did not. So we had to order those. Then he was scheduled to come out to start the work on a Saturday and did not show, didn't even call. Monday we finally got.a text that there was a familu emergency. Totally understandable and we got rescheduled for the next weekend. Low and behold he didn't show up again and stating there was another family emergency. Again understandable, but could have benefited from a quick text. We all know everyone had their phones on them all the time. Finally they came out on a Friday afternoon (hours later than we were told) started doing the seals and readjusting the slides. They had to come back that Saturday to finish, but couldn't because they needed different seals. Told us they would give us a call and get us on the schedule. I had to text and call 2-3x finally getting them to come out and we'll you guessed it NO SHOW NO CALL again!!!! This was the 5th time. At this point we are absolutely furious. They stopped answering all calls and text and emails from me. My husband called Chris one more time and just asked him if we just needed to find someone else and he said " we were just talking about you all we will get you on the schedule". That was the last interaction with him we had. Well as you guessed it we now have mold bad! We are living in this full time while we are building. We have 4 kids around this mold and have used all the money from insurance to get another company out to fix everything with the seals and also fix all the mistakes Chris had made. Praying we can just move out of this get money to get it fixed the right way and resell it. Lesson we have learned is to read reviews and make sure a person is insured. This company has screwed us over big time!

The guys at Tommy's booth were very knowledgeable and helpful. After signing the contract Tommy's continued being just as helpful and were great at communication. Tommy's doesn't do a hard sell or try and sell you things you won't need and happily answers any and all questions. When the impeller pulled something in, Tommy's was quick to set up a time to get service. They don't make promises they can't keep and certainly go beyond expectations. This is the kind of business and people we like to do business with and feel lucky we bought from them. Sara and Richard are great people. I can't remember the two or three other gentlemen we met but they deserve a thanks too. Tommy and Barbara delivered the Wave Runners and gave us a quick rundown about them. Unfortunately, he simply said he was sorry and brushed us off. We expected a little more concern or acknowledgment, especially given the issues we experienced. We've rented from Twin Cove in the past, but after this experience, we won't be going back. Go to retract the super slide and nothing happens so I do the usual RV owner thing and grab the manual and start looking for ways to troubleshoot my problem. As luck would take it I needed to have someone much more experienced than me and the manual so I call Limey's they respond and after and hour he discovered that the slide out motors were frozen up and could not be repaired in the parking lot after strenuous discussion ideas from we had to abandon the repair and moved to a different location and have the shop one of the most helpful gentleman I've ever met in my life. He went his way to explain things to me he showed me demonstrations with old parts that he had in the back of his service truck. He tells me that the issues that I am having had to be done before because of the sticker on that said it was manufactured in 2023 and the motorhome is a 2014 laugh out loud but all in all absolutely most knowledgeable quickest response and everything was great. Would recommend him in the future on anything associated with an RV.

There were 12 of us waiting for the boat to arrive at our dock 8 adults, 4 kids(1yr, 3yr, 6yr, 8yr) At 10 am still no boat so a few of us drove down to the marina(wasting boat time and gas $$) to see what the issue was. The very rude manager(Autumn) stated she did not know until that morning that she had to deliver a pontoon to us. (THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM) I booked this rental AND PAID FOR IT ALONG WITH THE DELIVERY CHARGE 7/6/26($538.06 FOR 1 DAY) and had a reservation number. Autumn also claimed she answered our phone calls but couldn't hear us. I could not believe she is arguing with a customer. The boat finally arrived at 10:45am and was told they were late because they had to use our rental pontoon and gas to pick up another boat which was past our lake rental house. The boat had a 1/2 tank of gas which I have a picture of. I was also told the gas gauge was not accurate. Really?????Autumn told me the gauge was full when they left the marina.(Maybe it was but they used the gas to pick up another boat which was past our house.) Autumn didn't seem to understand this or even care. I was billed $48 for gas when they picked up the boat. We put $80(have the receipt) in gas in the boat but since the gas gauge wasn't working they could rip me off. Please everyone out there reading this RENT FROM ANOTHER MARINA!!! THIS BUSINESS ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING MONEY OFF PEOPLE!!! It seems this same situation happened 6/29/24 which I just read in a review. You would think this operation would have learned from this 2 years ago but they really do not want to keep their customers happy. Terrible business!!!!Very unorganized if they didn't know they had to deliver a boat until the morning when the rude manager came in.
