So good to see the same faces and know that any queries are going to be dealt with by 'accountable' people instead of the 'faceless' staff so many companies hide behind these days. Always helpful and cheerful. Sometimes queues at busy times, but they do seem to acknowledge this and pull extra staff through from the back where available to deal with this. I have high expectations where customer service is concerned, but even I am impressed with this bunch!

Well stocked & the people are very friendly & hospitable. They stock a lot of things but are mainly used for papers & sweets I guess and their opening hours are very useful too.
