I wish I had bought my boat here just to get the service they provide. I've been dealing with unacceptable service in Waterford for 18 years and I deserve better. It would be worth the 25 Mile drive rather than 2 miles just to deal with people who aren't completely overwhelmed and missing promises. Nice job Doug, Jeff, Don and Lisa. Incredible!!

Obviously I did thorough research and shopped around before I pulled the trigger, but Troy literally went above and beyond to cater to every single need I had. He was extremely reasonable, helpful, and wanted to do everything in his power to get me a great deal while running his business effectively. I could not be any happier with the boat we received - one little example of how Action Water treated me; there was a recall on a mastercraft part from Indmar, and it happened a week after my new boat was delivered. I had recently moved to another state and Troy personally had an indmar engineer drive 2.5 hours to my house in order to replace this part. I could not believe it. I HIGHLY recommend Action and will continue to keep the relationship and spread the word.

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Szott-M59 Chrysler Dodge Ram, and the very next day the…read moreengine light and oil light came on. I immediately took it to an oil shop, assuming it might be something simple. Turns out it was anything but. The car was retaining NO oil because the oil filter housing unit was broken and the filter itself was loose. Let that sink in. The mechanic was flabbergasted and flat-out said he could not believe a dealership sold a vehicle in this condition. This wasn't a minor oversight -- this was a serious mechanical issue that could have destroyed the engine if I had driven it any longer. This tells me one of two things: 1. The vehicle was never properly inspected, or 2. It was inspected and sold anyway. Either option is unacceptable. Buying a car should not come with immediate warning lights and a risk of catastrophic engine damage. I trusted this dealership and now I'm left dealing with stress, repairs, and wondering what else was ignored. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from [Dealership Name] to think twice and get an independent inspection -- clearly, theirs can't be trusted. Attached are video clips of what the mechanic told me and it getting towed away.
