I had not been to the dentist in a long time and the health of my teeth were not in tip top shape. After a through exam the Dr. and I discussed my treatment plan. Then I met with Nikki, she had my financials all drawn up and ready for me to look over. She explained what my insurance did/did not cover. She offered a payment plan on my remaining balance that I could work with. My deep cleaning was done a few weeks later. I was given a kit to aid in the care and maintenance of my gums. Later I went back for fillings. Easy! Dr. Haynes is professional and does not waist time. He is a skilled Dentist. **** Now, don't be mad if he does not have the bed side manner that you want! The man is busy!! The day I was there the office was booming!! To me that means something....He's a good dentist! ALSO, know your insurance! Call ahead and get the deets before you go off on the person trying to help you meet your dental needs. Just because you have insurance does not mean ALL your work is FREE**** In closing thank you Dr. Haynes, Nikki, Melissa, Jennifer (and my hygienist - I forgot her name) for making me feel comfortable and well cared for!!

I have routinely waited nearly an hour in the waiting room past our scheduled times for previous appointments, yet they turned a child away over a single minute--after we already did them a favor by moving our time. She said "if you cannot be very still I will hurt you Victoria." Years later one side of my face is still larger than the other. As you can see from my initial review, I came here with high hopes, but I needed to revise this rating. Having done that I will conclude here. If you take nothing else from Yelp, take heed. I've had a severe phobia of "dental stuff" for literal decades (since I retired from the military), and avoided it altogether, doing the best I could with what I had. These folks were compassionate, and took the time to explain procedures and provide comfort. Moreover, they were respectful, understanding and professional. I'll be back, because I've been away too long. For folks like me- Don't be scared; these are good folks who genuinely seem to care about you as a person. Obviously, highly recommended. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but the staff here makes it a little bit easier. Each visit, Dr.Moskowitz comes in and checks the teeth to make sure that everything is okay with your teeth. TMI but I always have a ton of plaque and they are always so patient with everything and take their time to remove as much as they can. The hygienists explain everything they are going to do and make sure to not hurt you too bad with the instruments.

Initially went in for a procedure and I should have left…read morethe moment I saw the assistant place instruments on the bare table and not a cloth and touch things with her bare hands. I had to return to the office multiple times due to my fill - ins flaking off and some of the resin was not placed properly. I have continued to have issues & was told by the office staff that the doctor would fix my issue when I came back for the other side to be done. I have been experiencing achy pain, mild swelling and have called the office multiple times for help. No one has returned my calls. I am now being completely ignored and suffering from this problem. Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced and 1 am completely disappointed in my experiences. There was also resin on a tooth that was not even worked on. I went in to have it taken off and now my tooth is worst than before. It feels like sand paper and it NEVER was supposed to be there. If your dental needs are anything beyond a basic cleaning, save yourself the trauma and go to a competent practice that actually knows their limits. I will never step foot in this office again.
