What's worse is that we ordered tires and had our windshield replaced to get it to pass inspection so we could have a vehicle to take our son to school. Now we have to find another mechanic and add even more time to get the vehicle drivable. Paid to get control arm and headlight repaired. When checking headlight he didn't check park lights and didn't reattach the bumper properly, and damage the passenger tire well. Filthy store, very dirty messy and cluttered. To make matters worse, they expected him to continue doing service calls without compensation. When he understandably declined to work for free, they fired him. This is completely unprofessional and unethical. A company should never expect employees to work without pay, and certainly shouldn't retaliate when someone stands up for themselves. We're extremely disappointed with how they handled this situation and wouldn't recommend working for or doing business with them.

I spent $15 in an attempt to clean my vehicle and it timed out with that amount spent with soap still left on the vehicle. Staff there reluctantly started the timer back on so I could get the soap off the vehicle. I made contact with the owner or G.M and he stated that hot water wasnt needed to properly clean. I of course disagreed with him coming from a cleaning and chemical background. I ended up emailing him alot of scientific information contradictory to what he was trying to tell me. He was attempting to try to appease me on the phone to get off and keep his carwash in its unsatisfactory disrepaired state. Cleaning with cold water not only doesnt work, but it costs 2-3 times what it would cost trying to get it cleaned with hot water. I can see why he is wanting to leave it cold since he is making much more money with people spraying all day long for what should take 8 minutes or so.
