My entire experience with One Shield was great. Communication with Matthew was regular and professional ahead of the event and the guard, David, was very friendly, professional, and so extremely helpful at the end of the event while we were cleaning up. I felt bad that there wasn't anything for him to do but wander the area the whole day, but he took it well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The price was reasonable too. I highly recommend this company!

I was so impressed with your initial process and then sat at my hotel wondering why I never got an email, text or call when the guard service was to begin at our HOA property. Fortunately, neighbors have since mentioned seeing the guard in the alley, not the driveway as requested. But at least he was there. The last time we used a guard service during tenting there was a text log. "Guard has arrived for the 8pm shift". "Guard has finished the shift". We could also text the guard for an update if needed. You should ask your clients if they want these kind of updates, not just for emergencies.
