Rude and incompetent staff. Staff refused to return my credit card. They insisted I was not…read morereturning the tanks that I used. They had me down for 3 tanks instead of 2 tanks. I repeatedly explained to them I gave back the only 2 tanks that I used. They insinuated that I was holding back a tank. Staff had to go and recheck paperwork and make a phone call to someone. While waiting for all this I walked over to the changing room to put on some dry clothes. The rooms looked nasty, so I walked back to get my card. This whole ordeal took about 20 minutes or so. I was understandably irritated by this time. I finally got my card back with no apology or compensation for my inconvenience. This is no way to do business.

We had over 35 people go on our trip and the morning it was to start the airline had some delays and canceled all of our flights but we got it worked out and the trip was amazing. Kari was very helpful and made sure everyone was aware of the paperwork needed for international travel and entering the country. We have used Deep Blue Adventures for many years now and they never seem to disappoint.

My girlfriend and I were looking to book a live aboard cruise in the Bahamas, and figured that…read moreusing a travel agent would make life easier. Boy was I wrong! We ended up paying an additional $2,000 because of the travel agent misleading us and giving us the wrong information on our lodging and when the diving would actually start. Their response was to blame my girlfriend for the mix up, and say they could no longer help us. Really? The only purpose of having a travel agent is to make trip planning easier and to deal with issues as they arise - something that seems lost on them. The owner also chimed in saying it was our fault and refused to acknowledge the misinformation that was given. For that, she may be right. Our fault for trusting them with our travel, and I advise you to avoid them like the plague. You are better off just booking a trip directly, or using a reputable travel agency that understands customer service.
