If I was living in DC suburbs then they'd charge us $50k for the deck. I got the PVC Aztek material with metal posts. The guys did the job in 2 days. I was worried when I saw scuffs on my new deck the day after install, but Luke came to buff them out. With Aztek, you have to be very careful about scratching the deck with furniture so I've yet to put anything on my deck! We rarely eat out there anyways. We're not outdoorsy people.

In both solidity of structure and also presentation. The workers were pleasant, tidy, cleaned up each day, and assisted working through some unknowns that cropped up. I used high quality lighting, and porch rail which included a flat top for drinks, and also LED lighted from underneath. I am not prone to writing reviews, generally, but where work is especially good it should be acknowledged so their business can expand. The design and quote phase introduced some new ideas to my intentions. Kevin, MIcah, and Jose did a great job on-site. Based on the back deck/porch experience I am considering a front porch overhaul as well.

I was able to pay a portion of the bill until after they completed the replacement. They arrived promptly, actually early, on the agreed upon date and the beam was exchanged within 2 hours. Mid October I called to follow up and learned via the village idiot Josh my windows and slider failed to get ordered and it would now be February 2022. I completely lost it. After blowing my top on the lame ass excuses I talked with Cory. Cory could not arrange for any substitute or expedite the order so I canceled the windows. I was told my doors would be in the following week and they would make an adjustment to the price as compensation. I arranged for delivery for Nov 2 and as the truck pulled into the driveway I could tell the doors were not right. I ordered 80" tall and they tried to deliver 116" doors. I called Cory and was told he had no idea how things got so screwed up. I had to cancel this part of the order and had to scramble to find windows and doors for a home ready for windows and door. KARMA sucks, keep this shit up and you will fall to the way side and be known as just that another imposter shit business.

We were impressed by the reviews Seneca Creek had gotten and decided to give them a try when we learned that they had experience installing EcoStar, a slate look-a-like shingle. I was further impressed by project manager Tim Bissell's attention to detail in the planning and his ability to reply to our calls almost immediately. The project also included re-siding four dormers, not to mention the removal of existing 150 year-old slate as well as some 30 year-old-asphalt shingles. The siding team came first and were here four days. They came early and worked constantly all day and stayed late to cleanup - not leaving until dark. Then came the roofing team. They, soo, arrived before starting time and did not leave until it was nearly dark. They were here a week and all that time kept the yard picked up, neat and orderly after the end of each day. I would definitely recommend Seneca Creek if you are interviewing roofing and/or siding companies. In 50 years (EcoStar has a 50 year warranty!) I will call them again myself!
