It was very clean, and the staff was very attentive. I love that you could use the card instead of quarters or coins. But you could also use quarters. They had very nice bending machines which contained all laundry supplies needed and also drinks and snacks. Location was fine because there was a coffee shop right next-door. I will definitely go back next time I pass through.

White Swan Laundromat gets a little creepy but I guess that's true of more laundromats. What I find nice about White Swan Laundromat is that they have books and magazines to read while you wait. I don't think I've ever seen that anywhere else other than White Swan Laundromat. I'll keep visiting White Swan Laundromat as the need arises.

I really have no complaints places clean and this past experience I will never go in there again. The owner is extremely rude, she was talking about me as soon as I walked out to grow. Grab more clothes out of my vehicle. She was talking to this other couple. Just very unprofessional, very rude. Dirty. Looks the whole the whole night. Not a way to run a business at all, and speaking with a couple other people telling them my experience. Turns out they had the same issues regarding the owner and they will no longer be taking their business there, we all decided. We definitely my recommendations, go to Kimberling City, much better machines, much bigger nicer place they're open later, and I've never had any bad experience there in Kimberling City.
