The young man, Ryan, helped me out and was very nice and friendly. I was in a pinch looking for a coil for a vape my friend lent to me and I've tried over 10 shops with no luck. This guy took the time to find something, anything, and dug through his inventory. He even was kind enough to offer me his OWN TANK TO BORROW until he got another shipment of coils for my tank. He helped me out, and he assured me that if I had problems to come in and speak to him personally. I ended up getting a temp tank just to hold me over and he gave me a proper discount and even gave me some vape juice for free. Highly recommend and will visit again :) read more

The owner is a complete jack ass, I checked in and attempted to use my 10% off and he insisted that the system was down and will not allow for that. And also when I asked to see a different choice of color in an item he complained as if it were to much to ask for. Lastly once the total was up I brought out a quarter to pay the 24 cent balance and he was arguing with me about not needing s quarter because he forgot an item. This places doubles as a sex shop and a head shop. Where else can you buy a hookah, a dildo, a naughty snow white costume and a lotto ticket all in the same store? Um, nowhere. The place is owned by this helpful Russian dude, or Uzbekastani, or something. He's willing to negotiate prices if you're really nice to him or seem on the fence about buying something. They have a decent selection of hookahs, a small area for porn and toys, a pretty good selection of naughty clothing, and tons of different pipes and tobacco flavors. read more

Came across white rabbit through yelp, naturally. Been coming here on my lunch break, for about a year. Im noy for sure but i think iyd a family owned buisness. Not too sure so dont quote me on this. I say that because sometimes theres an oldee gentleman that doesn't really coversate as much, but, didnt bother me, I got and found what I needed, he just rang me up. Sometimes there's a middle age man and a younger man. Every time I come here I'm treated with great customer service. I live in LA and sometimes even thou I'm near Hollywood. You get cheap expensive products. Or too expensive like in the eagle rock or silverlake area near me. Because of the hipster - ish type buisness. I'm charged based on location. Anyways long story short. Where I live, same products, different prices. Here at white rabbit. If there isn't a special. I'm still paying lower or reasonable prices for the the same products as I would in NELA. And I've been to damn near all the smoke shops. From burbank to alhambra. Will be continuing to shop here. FYI. They're opening up a vape lounge in the shop. Wish there was a green clinic in there too. Lol read more

i didn't think there would be a business out there that i felt wound undeniably deserve a 1 star rating but I've unfortunately found one. This place is run by the most unprofessional, unimformes and downright rude employees that i have ever encountered. after inquiring about a specific product on the phone, I was basically hung up on and still decided to come into the shop because I figured they were busy. I arrive to an empty store no employees inside. I waited a few minutes finally said something and somebody came out from the back. The guy on that shift already looked annoyed that I dare come in at that time and stop him from whatever he was doing. He realize he didn't have what I was looking for and realize there was no more need for me to be there. As I was leaving I made a comment about the service and he got up and decided he was going to try and physically handle the situation himself. He stated he wants to handle situation "man-to-man". I chuckled and walked away. Look at the other reviews on here this is clearly not a one off. I am humbled by nature and avoid confrontation and conflict as best I can. This business would really benefit from a change of Ownership. This is just not how employees treat customers looking To give them business. PLEASE READ TILL THE END!!! If i could give -5, i would. Im traveling a lot in United States cause of my job, I've been in many smoke shops cause I'm addict to ecig. This is the worsest smoke shop i ever been! I was in a rush when i find out my tank broke. Anyway I wanted to buy one couple new sets for my friends (im also always convince everyone stop with real cigarettes) , liquid and another battery. So i thought it wont take over 10 min cause i know exactly what i want. I came in and there was a bold guy with an accent. I showed him tank and asked if he have it. He said of course and very very slow start to move. I asked him how much, he said $6. I was shock cause usually i pay $15 with a discount (i buy a lot) but that wasnt a right one and when i told him that he started to argue with me that its the same! I try to be patient. So he spend like a 10 min, puling different tanks, sometimes the same ones and telling me that its just like mine. I was shocked but it was only beginning. I saw myself under the glass right tank and point on it. I know how box looks like, i dont need to check if its the right one. And i was really hurry, and guy start to drive me crazy, he start to ask me personal question. Seriously?! like he didnt take enough of my time. I didnt want to answer, he moved slow enough. And i didnt want to buy anything else already. It would take him forever and he have no clue what he selling. Ive been already in Hollywood when i wanted to put tank on my battery. Guess what?! it was used and broke!!! I came back in the evening and i explain him situation nicely but instead of apologies he told me "i want u to understand that when u been here in the morning u wasnt nice (its because i didnt want to talk with him abt myself?! seriously?! ) and im doing u a huge favor because u want to be nice to u, but i dont have to. If ill find a new one, I'll give u but if not im not." Whaaattttt?!!!!! i told him its been used and its broke and i paid for it!!! He start to argue that it wasn't and keep telling me im very nice guy and im doing u a big favor. After 20 min (!) of his conversation and looking around i saw it myself and point on it, he was like i know that its there. If u know, why u was acting like u looking for it?! and he said again i dont have to do that, im doing u favor so u have to be very nice to me and tell me thank u (!!!!) . So for another 20 min of argue he get mad and finally told me the truth. He said, u want to know something? U put your nose up but it was your fault! yes, i used this, i know it was used, but u had to check it. i didnt give u receipt and u wouldn't do anything so u should thank me and understand how nice iam that im doing exchange for u. And if u wont be nice to me u wont get anything! And u not so young anymore, u have to put your nose down. (im in very early 20s and he around 50) EXCUSE ME?!!!!!!!!! And than he said again i asked u before where is your accent from cause i wanted to know but with your nose up and your attitude i dont like u! WHAT IS HIS PROBLEM?!! If he have self esteem problems why customers have to handle it? My job is sale training, i do this on and off for 4 years. He dont know his job, so slow as its possible and the worsest customer service that i ever see in my life!!!!!!! Owner of this store gonna lose money cause of him. Even today. instead of buying for around 200, i spend 20. And I'm sure I'm not the one. And i gonne tell so many people as its possible about it.
