Best Vet around! You…read morecannot go wrong using this clinic. They surpass all the others around in staff and docs. The other clinics should take a good look at what a true 10 clinic is like. All the others (except Dr. Matt who isn't in TN any more) should focus on this winning clinic.

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE DURING AN EMERGENCY…read more If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would. I will NEVER EVER use this vet again. I ended up switching vets in 2023 and this recent visit confirmed why leaving was the best choice for me and all my animals. I called on Monday morning in a panic. My 14 year old senior dog was sick with horrible diarrhea, vomiting, etc and started going down hill. He had every sign of liver issue / gallbladder issue. He would no longer eat, would drink minimal, and was weak when walking. His poor ears starting losing their vibrant color and his poop was bright yellow mixed with blood. To say I was worried is an understatement. I called and was able to get in three hours later, with a huge "emergency fee" of course. Once in, things moved quickly. I NEEDED ANSWERS, ASAP! They decide to do blood work, fecal analysis, and urine analysis. They, of course, couldn't get the fecal while we were there. They sent me home to get it myself and I get it within 20 minutes. Surprise surprise. She tells me she will call in 24 hours with the results. So here I am, patiently waiting by the phone to hear the results...After 52 hours of waiting for the results, I start calling OFTEN to figure out what's going on. I ended up paying over $400 and I STILL HAD NO ANSWERS AFTER TWO WHOLE DAYS. Again, this was an EMERGENCY visit for a reason!!!! I called to speak to a manager and was told they "don't really have a manager"... that "someone would call me back". I've been told someone was calling me back for days at this point. Blood in a dog's feces is NOT normal and should be seen as something serious + urgent... I've never felt so livid, overlooked, and robbed in my whole life by a vet. I recommend EVERYONE to stay the hell away from this place. They ended up holding his tests results for the WHOLE DAY on Wednesday before finally reaching out at closing. Whenever I mentioned this to the front desk girls, their response was "well they just came in..." YEAH AT 9 AM...MIND YOU, IT'S NOW 3:30 PM & I'm wondering why it's so damn hard to get the results I paid a fortune for. I called so much on Wednesday and kept being told "they are with patients"... WHEN DID EMERGENCY VISIT'S BECOME SOMETHING THAT ARE NOT URGENT??? I called so often, the front desk started getting rude, snarky, and short. The professionalism here is non existent. This place shows major negligence in an emergency situation. I will never ever ever be back. Price: WAY OVERPRICED. Service: Everyone is nice, until you complain. The moment you "complain" or become "difficult" their niceness goes right out the window... Even if your complaints are justified. They will not let you speak to anyone in charge when having an issue. Exotic Animals: Their ability to help exotic animals is VERY minimal. Don't waste your time. I've brought an exotic here in 2022. They charged me for "the visit" then sent me to ANOTHER vet. The doctors own words were "we can't really do much for exotic animals here"... THEN WHY SEE THEM IN OFFICE???!
