Since this store isn't remotely close to me, I didn't make a special trip to return the bad item. Instead, I took the time to go online, find the store number, find the manager's name and email address. I took the time to email and give all the details of the purchase, in hopes they would acknowledge and would want to improve. Apparently that is nothing they care to do. I received no response to my email inquiry. I certainly would be very cautious about purchases here.
