Shame on this company!! My friend lives out of state and this company sold him land that was filled with hazardous waste! They did not disclose on the escrow paperwork that the land had been used as a dump. The land is filled with pits that contain camper shells, trash, refrigerators, and more. There are also HUGE drums filled with oil. My friend has attempted to reach out to the realtor (Joseph Holland) numerous times about this matter and he is completely ignoring him. Joseph Holland should NOT have a license to be a realtor. He obviously took advantage of a person living out of state and bamboozled him into literally buying a dump. Digging deeper into who was the previous owner, we found out that Joseph Holland and James Holland owned the land that Joseph Holland sold to our friend. Joseph Holland knowingly knew the land he sold was a dump. I wonder how many other sales of properties Joseph Holland sold to people which he owned through his LLC called 8515 LLC. He seems more like a scam artist than a realtor. Thankfully, our friend is diligent and will be seeking ramifications to remedy this issue with all avenues possible.
