Communication is not their strong suit. I called and engaged with White Law over a simple PPO matter. Instead of having my hearing scheduled within 2 weeks as prescribed, White Law made me wait 4 weeks for the hearing, with no explanation as to why. I received what I believed to be the final bill after the case was closed, only for them to later send another bill for an additional $1200. Moreover, the work could and should have been done by a paralegal, but instead the attorney did the work, thus inflating total costs. I would try to stay away from them if possible. read more

White law was able to listen to my concerns and direct me to a law firm that handled my types of cases. Although I didn't hire them it was nice to get real information from a real person. Office staff was very helpful. I didnt speak to any acutal lawyers at this firm. read more

Shockingly unprofessional. I cannot speak to Mr. White himself, whose work I admire from the Nassar case, but his office manager, Blake, has made it impossible to get a simple status update on my case or whether Mr. White can take it on. After being in touch with Blake and receiving the go-ahead, I sent a detailed email on the case and FedEx'd a hard copy of a 150-page document to the office. I followed up countless times over the following weeks, to no avail. After over a month of Blake ignoring ALL my follow-up voicemails and emails, and being "unavailable" every time I called (despite secretaries suggesting he probably was available), I had to accept that I was being ghosted. I guess I was supposed to "figure out" that the office was not able or interested to take on my case? Did Mr. White even see the documents? I still have no idea what happened, but remain shocked at how my case was (or wasn't) handled by this office despite my persistent follow-ups. It's frustrating to be hung up and led on for weeks, when just a simple "no" would have allowed me to plan and move forward with a different attorney. I retained white law for 7500 in a domestic case just days before the covid scam. I was interviewed swiftly by the accountant blake and was never introduced to James white until a virtual court hearing on zoom. His other attorney was assigned to me without any direction was issued the case a man of whom i knew absolutely nothing of but atleast on occasion he would answer in emails. When I hired white claw I absolutely told blake that I was not going to settle for a plea I was taking it to a hearing if this was not dropped. He listened to nothing I said and was only concerned about money and that he was the accountant for the firm nothing more. On numerous occasions I requested a face to face meet with James and everytime i was told "due to the virus we will not be able to have a meeting via the office" but was constantly assured that I would get a conference meeting via internet scheduled that never occurred. So when the hearing came in benounced to me james white and his predecessor Dan S. were both on zoom i introduced myself to Mr white and that was our first and last eye to eye contact I had with him. I specificlly hired them to not plea bargain. DAN told me days before this hearing that " I have been working with eaton Co. For along time and I got this all setup the way we are going to handle your case. Right then i knew if they were going to try and get me to roll and be pressured into a plea agreement they never even took a look at my case to come up with a compitent battle plan. They figured over time i would cave and agree. Well on the day of the hearing as soon as the hearing started I interrupted the judge and told her I am retiring my council and wish to seek new. She agreed and that was that. This span of time was ceom feb 27 till August 15. When I got rid of them I hired a very reputable Ttorney who in just over 2 months became a friend and had the case dropped on a very much lower retainer. And didn't ask for a penny more. He was worth every penny and straight shooter. I went back to white law and asked in person to get back at least half of my 7500 and blake said I would have to make an itemized bill up and that only happens at the end of every month. So I waited and what I saw was a joke. He had 6 or seven meetings with himself ,James and Dan at their wage per hour and im thinking whAT the heck is an accountant doing in these meetings and why wasn't I invited. Quite simple because 3/4 of those meetings never happened and blake ran so many hours up until the retainer was over exhausted. I couldn't go and meet with them in office or by zoom ever. I got ripped off. Do not recommend this firm as others share the same experience after mine. read more

For the price I paid I feel like communications could have been better between myself and the staff. Given I was an hour away so everything was over email and phone. When I would ask questions over email I rarely got answers, but when they asked me questions I was quick to reply. That happened on multiple occasions. I won't say they didn't do a good job fighting my case I'm happy with what I got. I'm not happy with the way my questions and concerns were ignored. I'm also not happy with the final bills. I new I was going to be paying a lot, but I feel like they robbed me of $324. I was sent a bill on August 8th that was due on July 31 for 0$ . The next bill I got was sent on oct 8th for 324$ but the grand total was $2099 . So I called him to set up a payment plan and he notified me on how after 30 days there's a 15% interest rate if you don't make a payment. That's where the $324 came from. And he said my original bill was 1775$ but I never got an email for that until oct 18th saying that $1775 was due on August 31st. So They waited till after the 30 days to give me my bill of $1775. Not happy with that at all! Ive attached screen shots to prove when the invoices were sent. If your considering hiring white law I would be careful, and make sure to ask to stay updated on your bills. If I had more time and money to hire someone else I would have. I understand lawyers are not cheap. I also understand when I've been jipped out of my money, and that is not okay. I would not recommend. read more

I would NOT recommend this firm or specifically, Ms. Frazho for Guardianship specifics. Very incompetent, misleading and dishonest staff (paperwork falsely filled out, lack of follow through). My case should of never been a case as it did not meet legal criteria according to the form. The form was incorrectly filled out, box 6b was checked, that does not and did not represent my situation and it was submitted. During the hearing, with CPS recommendations that my grandson should be placed with me, the judge could not rule as it was out of his jurisdiction to do so due to the fact I did not met criteria, regardless how he felt personally he could not grant the motion, he stated this. The judge specifically asked if Ms. Frazho if a petition was prepared for him, she responded she did not. The form states specifics, I did not meet those from day one, I was transparent with my information, and even pressed the issue further due to feeling unsettled about the responses I was receiving. I was told that the minor child ONLY had to be in my care the day of filing, but can return to his home if requested by the parents, that he did NOT have to be living with me....I have proof of this exact response via email from Ms. Frazho. I asked for a full refund of my retainer fee, and had no response I was misrepresented, mislead, and ethically treated wrong. The consistent lack of communication, follow through, and incompetency of the staff, primary Blake and Desmond, are unable to offer any help regarding general questions (unless fee related), yet you're advised to reach out for anything you may need, this resulting in further charges being accrued because they have to resort to asking Ms. Frazho, while never returning your phone call as they agreed too, causing me to have to call again and again to resolve a question 3-4 days prior. The amount of stress this whole "case" caused, was something that could of been avoided if Ms. Frazho was knowledgeable of legal boundaries and regulations, in this case she did not display that, costing me more than a $2000.00 retainer fee. Be AWARE, there is a criteria, go to the court house and obtain a copy for yourself, to see if you meet criteria, before investing in legal help, ask questions and go with your instinct, I wish I would of, but I trusted this attorney to also know her scope of practice. read more
