Excellent and just getting better and better. I found White House Farm purely by accident as I cycled by a few years ago. I popped back to pick up some fruit and veg and fell in love with the place. I couldn't believe I was so lucky to have a pick your own farm so close by.
Back then, it consisted of the pick your own farm and a shed where they sold their wares from. Now, they have a built a wonderful little cafe with outside seating area and sand pit for the kids. Last time we visited, we didn't get much fruit pickind done as we couldn't pursuade our little one out of the sandpit :D
The farm has a butchers now. They sell cheese and all kinds of great local food and drink.
There is also a cycle parking area, for people who might want to make a more environmentally friendly visit, or might want a rest stop on their ride to grab a cup of tea and slice of cake.
Worth checking out their facebook page too as they run events at the farm too. I haven't managed to get along to one yet, but they sound great. read more
