I went here a few months back, and if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. billy didnt didn't correctly pierce my nose, i found out later it was to low, and it started pouring blood until I got into the car because he hit a blood vessel. Later that night, the jewelry fell out, so I went back to see if it could be put back in. Instead of explaining anything or warning me, he forced the jewelry through my closed piercing channel, which was extremely painful. After that, he barely explained the aftercare and just said, "soap and water." I left with almost no information on how to properly care for the piercing. I eventually went to another piercer, and the experience was completely different. She told me she has heard about similar experiences from people who went here. When she pierced my nose, it was quick, nearly painless, and she thoroughly explained all of the aftercare, including what I should and shouldn't do. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend getting pierced here. read more

Small tattoo shop. Looked clean and not too cluttered. Various tattoo posters were hung as a book style reference on the wall. I got two anxiety piercings. They stung a little but pain went away pretty fast. They didn't have a choice of earrings styles which is a bummer. The piercing process was fast even though two people were a head of me. read more

It's been a 2 year although I havnt been back I got my nipples pierced it was a Intimate piercing ... the Piercer there had done my nose and my ears my experience was t pleasant he commented numerous times on my breast and make me on Comfortable at the end he asked me for a hug i said ok because I was uncomfortable I wanted to get it over with and leave when he hugged me he cupped my breast I was so embarrassed I left quickly. I went to get a nostril piercing and my friend got a helix piercing. At first I had no major issues with the piercing until I went to SA and the piercing fell out. No matter how much I tried I could not put the piercing back in. I was informed by the piercer in SA that he didn't give me an L shape nose ring which I needed and the one he gave me was not the right one. My friend also had a bad experience and the piercing would not heal. read more

I got my second tat here with a guy named Joey. He was pretty cool and professional....but he did a terrible job on my tattoo. Some lines are thicker than the other, the red isnt even. Dont go with him. However, theres a dude there named frank. Now his work is really amazing! Book him if you wanna tat! The place is small but itd decent and cleam. The price is reasonable. Came here for a nose piercing and everything was pretty quick but what i disliked was that the piercer didn't tell me anything about the after care. Neither did he tell me what he was doing or when he was about to pierce me but other than that, the place seems very clean and they were very nice as well. I went to White Buffalo last week to get my nose piercing and 4th piercing on my ear, they are healing perfectly fine. The issue I had with this place is that they are very unprofessional and rude. You come into this place they don't even greet you at all, I got my piercings done by Billy Joe and he told me to stand up and face him so I did then he marked my right ear with a marker and then he said "okay next ear" I turned my head so that he could mark my left ear and he said "don't move or your going to fuck me up", like really you don't talk to someone like that. Second he finished my piercings and said "your done", he didn't even bother to clean the blood coming from my nose. I had to ask him how I had to take care of them, because he didn't, he just sat there on the computer. To me is will be the worst piercing/tattoo parlor ever. Never going there again. read more

i went to the one downtown to get my belly pierced like 4 years ago and it was great. so i decided to get another piercing but since it was closed, i went to the one on pecan. i got the industrial bar on my ear. my ear skin started forming on the bar and my ear was bleeding non stop. when i went to go show them the guy just took off the bar and said "ok your done" didnt even offer to get me another piercing or money back. will never recommend this place. go to Octopus Ink:) read more

I went in for a nose piercing. There's a guy at the very back who does them I'm not sure his name but he has shaggy hair and is the one that performs the piercings. He drew a dot on my nose to show me where the piercing would be. I told him I felt it was too far behind and not centered enough and he annoyingly said that that's where it Belongs and that's where the piercing goes. I was hesitant and asked my friend a few feet from me what she thought since she had both of her sides pierced. He got upset and said I couldn't be going up and down. I decided to trust him thinking he'd know more than me since it was my first piercing and sure enough ended up with a piercing that was not centered correctly. Just a rude guy overall who just wants to get things done to get them out of the way. Wouldn't recommend anyone to get pierced there. My coworker had the same problem with her ear piercing. He piercing my friends Nipples as well and she requested the bar but HE wanted the hoops and sure enough they ended up not healing as quickly. read more

I went in almost 5 months ago for a Tragus piercing. Right from the start nothing was ever explained to me as far as the process and what not, I was given a form to sign beforehand. I had the piercing on for a little over three months and the entire time I had nothing but pain and bumps coming out when I did everything such as spraying it 2-3 times a day and not sleeping on it. I went in to have the piercer look at it and he basically told me it'll heal just give it time. I later went on to do my research on piercers and found that there's a such thing as reputable piercers. I went ahead and contacted one in San Antonio and asked for advice on this piercing and I was told it was obvious that the piercer didn't know what he was doing and it had to come out immediately not only was this practically on my face, the proper jewelry wasn't even used!! I ended up removing it as I was told and I recently went to visit that reputable piercer to get it done properly. If you're looking to get a piercing DO NOT go to these people! Save your money and go look for a reputable piercer and get it done correctly! If I would give this place zero stars I would! read more

LISTEN EVERYONE! This was a nightmare! A guy named Justin did my tattoo, he was absolutely insane. He did not have a sketch ready. I rejected his sketch. And told me it would be different and would do exactly what I asked when he started working. He told me to hush many times and to just let him work. During the tattoo I questioned everything he continued to be aggressive and to just let him work. This was before he went to the bathroom and had a break down by screaming and cursing out his wife. The place was dirty all other artist where on their phones eating, sleeping, and smoking the whole time. Justin also even shared that he fixed prices for ppl and was motivated by money not art. Went to this place to get a daith piercing. The guy doing the piercing did not mark my ear to ask if I liked the location. Before I knew it, he grabbed the needle and just went for it. After asking for and paying for a daith piercing, the man pierced my tragus!!! I was livid. I told him he pierced the wrong place, and he put the ring in anyway. I asked him to take it out! He did, and then he was going to pierce my daith too, but I was DONE! The guy acted like it was my fault too! Apparently I confused him because I wanted to go first before my friend-- but we were getting the same piercing, so it wouldn't have mattered anyway. Don't go here. You'll go in asking for a tongue piercing and come out with a nose piercing. read more

This is perhaps the worst tattoo shop in the valley. They have the worst service of any tattoo shop I've been to. The staff is ridiculously unprofessional I was amazed at their unwillingness to help. Extremely disrespectful, as if they just wanted me to leave when in reality I just wanted a tattoo done. Besides they are bad tattoo artists, they can't even handle a basic tattoo.
