The employees are usually quite friendly as well. They do have a drive thru, which is convenient. I can say the drive thru is usually way more packed than the inside of the store. They also have an air machine in the parking lot; it's come in handy on a few occasions. My only problem is the parking lot. The pump island is way too close to the parking area at the front of the building. Sometimes it's a real pain to leave because you have people coming into the parking lot and cars leaving the fuel pumps. I've been stuck trying to back out several times, and people won't let you out. It's aggravating. If you can park on the side when it's busy, I'd suggest it.

Without me asking, the manager offered me another bowl of soup to offset not having more pot roast. I got the hamburger vegetable stew. It was not as good as the pot roast, but still had a good flavor. My co-worker enjoyed his meal as well. The ambiance is that of a diner/restaurant mix, but very casual. If I'm ever in the area again I'll be back!!

Last place on earth that has this delightful item. They even make their chicken fried steak in the batter. Soooo good. One thing is missing from Rex's here and I requested it. Fried Jalapenos. Thanks to my friend I have a go to restaurant. Turns out, he owns it as well . One problem for me though, is, the lighting. It is all florescent and too bright... But hey that's a very small thing.
