I originally spoke with Vincent. He was very professional and polite. He explained the process and cost. The conversation was also great when we started conversing about his plans for the kennels which as an animal lover. I absolutely love the idea. There are not enough people who care enough to stop and help animals. Rebecca came a picked up my brother's dog Dappy from us at work. The process was 3 days total. I find that was excellent time to have it done. Dappy came back to us in a cardboard box with her paw prints, creations certificate, and ashes​. We did choose to get a wooden box to put her ashes in so she could sit with my dog Bruiser who passed away last year. They were friends for 10+ year.
