When I called in about it, they put me on hold and never got back to me. I called back 15 minutes later, and no one picked up. I used my husband's phone and they picked up. Since they saw my number, they did not pick up. In the second call, they first said that their procedure is to walk us to the office to let us know what would not be covered before the appointment . When I said they did not, then they said I should've checked with my insurance beforehand. So if they did not do their job, they put the blame on you. I said either I have to get a list of everything entailed in the appointment way in advance to check with my insurance to see if those services are covered OR during the appointment, I would have to stop them every time there was a procedure to check if we are insured. They said I would have to the the former. UNBELELIVEABLE. Mine and my husband's dental office does this for us. In the past, when I noticed we were not getting notification for the 6 month notification, they said they have it setup to get it. I told them I don't get them. They did nothing about it. I refuse to go back there. It's not like they have dentist worth coming back to. Go somewhere else and get your basic needs meet at the very lest.

For some reason he seems to enjoy going to the dentist and is not scared at all. The technicians are wonderful and were very good with him. They took x rays, cleaned his teeth and were explaining everything to him as they went along. They also explained where he should brush and what parts he was missing. "Little circles" which he recites back at night when he brushes. Nice office and I like the way the exam room is set up. I was able to stand by him or sit on the bench and watch fro afar. He recently had to have his first and hopefully last cavity filled and they were great and he did great. They let him put on the headphones and sit back and watch Frozen. He did a great job.

Giving them only one star and that's only because Yelp won't let me give this place a negative 5…read moreand I feel disrespected This isn't a dental office, it's a social experiment on how far they can push you before you lose your mind. Calling them is like entering a black hole...your call goes in but nothing ever comes out. And on the rare occasion someone picks up, they either hang up faster than your ex or talk to you like you just asked them to donate a kidney. I swear they got the front desk staffed by ghetto mfs with attitude problems. Want an appointment? Too bad bro oh you want a call back? LMAOO.. you want basic human decency? Yeah alright. I've had better customer service from sketchy gas stations at 2am on University Ave! At this point, I wouldn't let them clean my cat's teeth, let alone mine. Save yourself. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere!

My son didn't open his mouth, but the hygienist did not spend the time to clean his mouth. She was more worried about flouride, which I declined. She then opened the tooth brush and had my son brush his teeth. After using the tooth brush, she just threw the tooth brush in a bag and gave it to us. This visit was more about productivity and rather caring about the patient. Do not go there if you are looking to get your teeth cleaned. The dentist was ok, but the clinic does not care about their patients. A visit should not be 15 minutes.

Are you afraid of the dentist? Because I sure am…read more Or rather, I should say I *used* to be afraid of the dentist. Dr. Pariseau and her team of dental all stars suddenly have me singing a new tune. Lordy, Lordy, I AM a convert! I was long overdue for a trip to the dentist and have been putting it off because of past exposure to the vicious ministrations of dental professionals that left me feeling plundered and bereft. Plus, I was embarrassed because it's been awhile since my last visit. But now that my daughter has a few chompers of her own, I knew I couldn't put it off anymore. I don't want to be *that* mom. At my initial consultation I met with the doctor so she could examine and x-ray my mouth and set forth a treatment plan. Dr. Pariseau is not like any other dentist I've ever met. She is gentle and straightforward and incredibly likeable. And so is her assistant. I didn't have any cavities (yay!) so I can't speak on that but she did order a deep-cleaning which I thought sounded positively terrifying. But now that I've gone through it I can say with authority that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The hygienist was surprisingly nice and like everyone else who works in their small office, easy to like. Dental hygienists I've met in the past have basically been the grown-up versions of the nastiest, meanest girl you remember from your school days. Fortunately that was not the case with Mary! She was also really good about explaining the process and keeping me informed about the steps she was taking and periodically asking me how I was doing during the process. She also gave me a local anesthetic which made the cleansing, flossing and polishing much less traumatic than I ever remember it being. And even though I did experience some discomfort after the anesthesia wore off, by the next morning my mouth was more okay than I expected it to be, albeit a little tender. Technically my dental insurance considers this office out of network but thanks to the knowledge and expertise of the office manager, I found out that I could still come here for treatment and have my insurance cover about 80% of the work. And she submitted the claims for me--talk about service! So if you're looking for a new dentist, I can't recommend Dr. Pariseau and her staff enough. Every single one of them is professional and caring. And for the first time in my life I can go to the dentist without my knees knocking together and my teeth chattering. It's a great feeling!

I give my highest recommendation to this dental practice. Concerns and questions get immediate and…read morehelpful responses, from Dr. Simonson and her great team.

I have a lot of dental anxiety and their staff are very understanding of that. They have weighted blankets to help me relax (and now I want to buy one for at home) and the whole atmosphere is quiet instead of listening to drilling and other dental office noises. The only reason I can't give the whole five stars is because they have the same problem that nearly all dental offices have: visits last longer than scheduled and I almost always end up late for whatever I have scheduled after my dental visit. Even when I say that "I must be out the door by..." I still end up later than expected. Even when I plan for my appointment going later, still happens... But I guess it's better than being rushed and having imperfect work. ‍
