On Friday at 5:15 PM, a nightmare scenario unfolded: my front crown and tooth completely fell out. I was incredibly shaken and embarrassed. The thought of facing the weekend with a gap in my smile was devastating. Thankfully, I called Dr. Weisbrod, and to my immense relief, he squeezed me in at 6:45 PM that same day. His willingness to help during an emergency like that was just incredible. Dr. Weisbrod was wonderful. He immediately put me at ease, clearly explained all the options for restoring my tooth, and expertly provided a temporary fix. I was so grateful to be able to face the weekend without that missing tooth. Even better, he scheduled me for a permanent solution appointment within the same week! The customer service, as always, was amazing across the board. Everyone at Isaacson Gentle Dentistry is so professional and compassionate. After my first visit, I realized this office is the kindest, most compassionate dental office I've ever been to. Not only is everyone kind from the first second you talk to them to make an appointment, but they do excellent work (I had a cleaning, filling and crown). Super efficient, quick and practically painless! Dr. Isaacson is kind to both patients and staff which impressed me as much as his skill and artistry. Because let's face it. Fashioning crowns, polishing teeth, etc. takes a skilled hand. I also LOVE the way Dr. Isaacson THANKED his dental hygienist (Ashlee) for her excellent work. And she truly is AMAZING! Dr. Dittberner and his staff were so pleasant to work with. They helped transfer the records, did a consult (we both attended) and confirmed the work needed. Dr. Dittberner spent a great amount of time with us and answered all our questions. My husband had his crown work and filling done. He could not be happier with the level of care he received. We would definitely recommend Dr. Dittberner and the staff at Lake Area Dental. We are feeling it was not such a bad thing the old clinic stoped taking our insurance. Total bill well over 7000, with insurance they said they accepted, accordong to my receipt, insurance paid for about 100$ of care when my insurance plan claims it would pay for up to 50 percent of services like xrays, cleaning, fillings. When crown became so painful that i cant chew or close my mouth, told i would have to pay out of pocket (again) since my insurance expired. Ran out of numbing agent during teeth scaling, had an open nerve rinsed with water which caused excruciating pain. Wish i went anywhere else but here.
