Mr Shepherd did a fantastic job for me after I was injured when my car was hit on the side by somebody running a red light as I was driving through an intersection. The insurance company of the man who hit me was really unfriendly and aggressive, and I was finally forced to seek a lawyer to protect my rights. When my case came to arbitration, the other driver's insurance company's lawyer and, unbelievably, the man who had run the red light and crashed into my car, *both* appeared to testify against me. The insurance company lawyer, especially, was very arrogant and intimidating, and I was really worried. When I was finally called in to be questioned by both lawyers, I found that Mr. Shepherd was very well prepared and was able to rip the insurance company lawyer's case to shreds -- the insurance company lawyer lost his arrogance; he actually grew red-faced and speechless! The arbitrator even quipped that I had found a very good lawyer. Keith is the best attorney I've met, very professional and personal. He helped me get out of a bad situation where my old chiropractor was scamming my insurance (unknowingly to me) and fired my previous attorney that was working with the chiropractor. He was on his "preferred" list of attorneys.. Anyways back to Keith, He made some pre-settlement estimates as to how much I would be receiving, and also walked me through all the steps that will happen.
