Unfortunately, the choke cable was stuck and we couldn't get it started. What impressed me most was the owner's response--he was willing to come out to my job site personally to get it fixed. In the end, we didn't end up needing the equipment, but he still gave me a full refund without hesitation. Excellent service, friendly staff, and a genuine commitment to taking care of customers. I'll definitely be using Damon's Outdoors again anytime I'm in the Hot Springs area.

After bringing back the boat we rented before our time was even up the group I was with got accused of having a scratch on the side of the boat($498) Its like the boys working there knew where the scratch was the whole time because they went straight to it...A scratch that you could cover up with a sharpie! We got told to never come back to rent from this marina again by a bunch of teenagers who work there.. They were completely rude, back talking all of us and talking to us like we were 5 year olds! As much as we argued back with these kids, waited around for a cop to come, posting three reviews on their facebook page, making a personal status about this place you would think they should believe us that we didn't make a scratch on the boat..hell we didn't even have an anchor! When we were on the sandbar we had someone on the boat and someone hanging on to the ladder making sure we didn't let boat get away from us or damage it! We also got accused by the manager that we hooked on to some other boat when we were on the water which is not true! Do not rent from this marina unless you want to be accused of something that you didn't do!

Initially I attempted…read moreto work through a divorce on my own concerning custody of my two children, my ex having two other children with other men as well. I lost custody with the exception of visitation and lost the house and all belongings. I was located out-of-state making this in inter-state custody battle. To complicate matters my ex was addicted to methamphetamines but had somehow acquired an attorney. Through strategic maneuvering my attorney managed to get the court to grant me custody of not only the two children we had together but her other two children as well. The court granted me the ability to relocate them out-of-state. Julie Roper then achieved re-acquiring the house as well as personal belongings. She achieved getting the court to have the Sheriff's Office assist in removing my ex from the home. There are no words for the level of appreciation I have for Julie Roper and what she did for my family. When I was able to take custody of the children they were extremely malnourished. She saved them from possible starvation, possible abuse by other addicts, and possibly being put in State custody. She ensured the safety of my children through calm tenacity and kept these siblings from being separated. I was blessed to have her represent me.
