Anyway, today I stopped in and got a medium grade wash. There was a nice gentleman there who came out and wiped down the front of the car after I entered the bay. Then he even wiped down the back window and other areas when the wash was starting. I doubt this is done for every car, but it was so nice to see someone friendly who went a step ahead. I also was happy with the dryer system. It actually worked and did a decent job of drying the car. The car was clean & I was happy. Pretty good combo for a car wash!

We pulled up to the attendant, he scanned our coupon and within 60 seconds we were already in line for the wash. It never gets old sitting in the car during the car wash! Even though the weather still isn't great and the ground is soggy from melting snow, the place was busy. However, the car wash is equipped with so many vacuum stations that you never had a wait there either. Great vacuum suction and we appreciated how it wiped away lots of dog hair carried into the car floor board. Several options for washes available as well as monthly plans. Not having to pay for the vacuum was a great bonus. Garbage cans are also at each station for an easy clean up.

Then the bays got busy. He was sitting off to the side of the car wash in a parking spot when the manager approached him very aggressively and asked him what he was doing. After he explained he was on the phone and waiting, the manager continued to become hostile and when my husband lost his patience and returned the hostility was told, "he couldn't talk to him like that." Each stall has a large garbage can to dispose of items you want to get rid of. There are vehicle maintenance bays that offers oil changes and other repair services. The location is in a good area because it is located between 2 major intersections allowing exiting vehicles to safely enter traffic. Unfortunately if drivers want to enter from the southbound traffic lanes, there is not enough room for 2 vehicles which causes rear end motor vehicle accidents. The prices are reasonable and there are available monthly car wash memberships. Most importantly The Metro offers a discount to active duty and retirees.

I have a brand new car, I had never taken it through a car wash yet. I bought my new car January 2…read moreand it had 15 miles on it. So I know there is no way that the car was already scratched. I took my car through this car wash on January 20th. I got out of the car once I went through the wash to dry it off really good, even though it was 10 degrees. I like to make sure the car wash cleaned it good and dry it so there are no water spots. I noticed lots of a small scratches all over the hood, mirrors and trunk. I filed a complaint with the office and received an email saying there is no way that the car wash caused these scratches. Remind you, this is a brand new car so where else would this have happened. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS THROUGH THIS CAR WASH IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CARS I filed a claim and was told that the scratches were not from my recent visit to crew carwash. I have filed a complaint with The BBB AND I will be looking to sue for damages to my Brand new car.
