Not even complaining , just wanted to let them know in case the machine needed checked out so another customers vehicle or tag would not get damaged. What was weird they did not take photos of the tag, they took a few photos of my brother washing his truck. A couple weeks later he was informed he was banned from Joe's car wash. When my brother ask why the manager became verbally aggressive, wouldn't tell why my brother was banned. The manager call the cops on my brother. The cops were totally confused on why they were even called out. The only thing my brother wanted to know is why. Beware of this car wash manager, he's nuts and possibly ban anyone for asking a simple question. The world is getting pretty messed up when you can't ask a question, get banned and cops called on you..

Upon my return to straighten out this problem, I was asked by a different employee to leave as they no longer wanted my business. I contacted Revived Mobile Detailing and they were able to schedule an appointment for us. Just the logistics of taking four vehicles to a car wash, or other facility, is quite challenging. They now have a few machines where you can use your card for washing or drying. Otherwise everything else is coin pay with quarters. So maybe remove that from the wall or fix it Ceiling has water spots where the sailing is falling down, definitely some landlord special kind of fixing that has happened around here. Exposed electrical, painted over cracks, bugs visible under the dryers..etc. They have WiFi but you may get a bug from it. One toilet for everyone to use. Overall it'll work in a pinch. But expect to drop $10 on one load of laundry to wash and dry.

And I always waste all my time pampering my car. But here, everything is available or quickly replaced as needed. They offer free vacuuming, dry towels, glass and also all purpose cleaners, water fountains, and restrooms (which are extremely cleaned and smelled really good! I was impressed. I am hoping it is the same for the men's restrooms. I didn't go in to check. I should have). The whole place is extremely clean. They have available staff members around who keep the place clean, replace empty bottles or used towels, empty trash and dirty towels cans, answer your questions and assist you if needed. From what I saw, they do not clean or vacuum your car for you even if you were willing to pay for it. I wonder if that is a service they could offer in the future. I wouldn't mind giving my keys to someone to have them go through the whole process (washing, vacuuming, and cleaning) while I eat at the restaurant across. As you can see on one of my pictures however, the car was not entirely clean even after I went through the whole package (the 20$ one I believe). I had to use the cleaner and a towel on multiple spots. But I have to admit that my car was dirtier then usual. So don't let that stop you. It still deserves 5 stars in my opinion.
