I contacted Revived Mobile Detailing and they were able to schedule an appointment for us. Just the logistics of taking four vehicles to a car wash, or other facility, is quite challenging. The scanner for people using the monthly unlimited wash plans is not at all reliable and that creates a huge back up. There is NEVER anyone in the booth. The customer will press the call button and instead of calling them, it flashes a message to blow your horn for service. So, the customer blows their horn and the workers can't hear it because they are next to the car wash tunnel. It's an absolute joke. Then you go to vacuum your car and nearly half the vacuums do not operate properly. It's just an epic mess. Try to talk to management about this and you'll see really quick why it's as bad as it is. This place needs a competitor in Ellijay. Once that happens, this place will fold fast.
