Feldspars, quartz, jade, geodes,..... the list goes on. Here you can buy rough specimens for display or jewelry making. They also provide a wide variety of polished stones in various shapes of cabochons for those who may want a more freestyle form of jewelry or pendants. As you navigate the store you come across the jewelry itself with a wide variety of pendants, rings bracelets and more. You can also find some porcelain here as well as different wall hangings and a few windsocks. They happen to have a US Army windsock which I grabbed up instantly! Both of my nephews are now enlisted with the most recent being Special Forces so I was glad to find this windsock. The last time I was in Bandon I grabbed the Marines windsock to represent my other nephew. The salesperson gave me a discount because all they had left was the display, which was brand new anyway! The staff I find to be very knowledgeable about stones, but it seems to be a new person every time I come to town. This shop is loaded with eye candy for the gemstone enthusiast! It seems like their selection of gift items has expanded over the years. It also seems very thoughtful, classy and includes many unique and fun things. Puzzles, art supplies, coloring books, journals, t-shirts, and jewelry were on display along with the books. They also carry cool postcards that are a step above the regular ones available everywhere else. I've scored some great deals here as well. They offer remainders and the last two times I've been here I've scored cool history works at great prices. Service is quiet and calm, but warm too. In other words, they let you browse as much as you want, but also seem accessible for help and/or questions. I love coming here when I'm in the area!

Turns out it is gold plated, not even gold filled, I know the difference. They would not fix it because it was a cheap plated. That is what the girl said. They sold it to my sweet gullible husband as solid gold for 200$ Gold filled I can understand bit plated is cheap. They lie and are cons! My sweet old husband bought this for me as a gift, but if I had known, I am a jeweler, I would have known, They are crooks!

THEY SWITCHED MY BEAUTIFUL DIAMONDS TO SOME LOWER STONE!!!…read more Okay. This happened in 2017... But I've been very sick and on disability so haven't remembered to write this. I went in with a ring, that I've found about a year prior, it was gorgeous!! 14k with 2 diamond flowers. Now, I KNOW they were diamonds ... It seriously looked like there was sparkly crushed gold in it. It sparkled so much I got compliments on it DAILY (was a bartender and teller at a Bank. I had lost a lot of weight. And needed to size it down. Also the prongs were coming a little loose and I was scared to loose the stones!! So I take it on, and they said they could fix it. My stupid butt told them that the ring had been found... And I knew they were diamonds, and seriously I wanted to get it appraised... It was that beautiful. So he was going to size it, add more gold to the prongs and check the diamonds... Something like that. It would be done in like 10 days. It was a foggy day when I picked it up. The guy said it wasnt diamonds and he thought it might be white sapphire... I thought that was strange but okay!! I loved the ring and it had a lot of gold. He brought the ring out with a black and white photo that he took the day I dropped it off... And says, "is this your ring??" And I said yes of course it is... You were the one who took it in! Then he made me sign something stating that it was my ring. And I did. Then he said something strange ... He said that white sapphire dulls easily, so I might want to get it cleaned regularly... I thought okay... They do free cleaning. But I told him I wasn't worried ... I've worn the ring for a year now and never had trouble with the sparkle in the stones ... In fact, it was the sparkle AT NIGHT that had me find it... In a dusty old rock parking lot!! He gave me a strange look but I didn't catch it at the time. I paid $900 BUCKS!!! for the gold and sizing it. $900. I take my ring home, wearing it of course, happy I didn't need a ring guard etc etc. it didn't sparkle much, but it was a dark rainy day. Well, I can SWEAR to you, they SWITCHED MY STONES!!! I SWEAR TO YOU... They SWITCHED MY STONES AND CHARGED ME 900 BUCKS!! I was so upset but couldn't go back in there and say anything because not only did I tell him I didn't know what stones it was... I signed the paper stating it was my ring, like a legal paper stating I examined it and it was mine .. but like I said... It was cloudy! There is no crushed gold...there is no rainbows...and NOOOO SPARKLE WHAT SO EVER! Well, I can't get my stones back... But I can certainly tell on them!!!
