Stopped here during a girls weekend. It was not bad but it was not great either. Stopped in a little before 9pm and the kitchen was already closed. Sad considering it was a Friday night and they stay open till 2am. We wanted a snack after having a late lunch that day and struck out. The drinks were not bad. They do not have a full bar, drinks are limited to what sells. It was also very quiet. We were the biggest group with only 2 other groups there. Stopped into this small town BBQ restaurant/bar for a quick lunch. The menu was simple but covered everything a place like this should have. The BBQ choice was brisket, pulled pork and ham. They were out of ham which was one of the two I wanted to try. I got the brisket sandwich with coleslaw instead of a combo plate. It was good meat on a toasted bun and the slaw was fresh. I tried the BBQ sauces provided, one spicy and one not and I didn't like either one. Not sure if they were homemade or just modified but I didn't care for them. The beef was very good though, tender and nicely smoked. With a good sauce choice it would get another star. Overall it was a good meal, nice waitstaff. read more
