She supported make up and hair styling - between me, my mom, mother in law, and matron of honor - and all of us felt so happy with the final result. She is full of positive energy and was so easy to get along with. I did a hair trial with her before the wedding to get a scope of what I wanted and she was very helpful during that - sharing pictures and advice about what options worked well/some that didn't based on my hair type and dress. I'm so happy I worked with Katie for my wedding. During the planning process she was very responsive to emails and made things so simple with the contract/deposit/pricing. I opted for a hair and makeup trial, which was really helpful because it was my first time having it professionally done. It was more glam than I'm used to, and Katie was very receptive to using some of my own products and lighter coverage on the wedding day so that I felt like myself (well, a very elevated version of myself!) On the wedding day she and her team arrived early (and also carpooled because we had limited parking). They performed a total of 20 services for my bridesmaids and family, and stayed right on schedule. Katie Donaghy is a makeup/hair WIZARD, but also a gem of a human being. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding last March, and when I saw myself in the mirror when she was done, I looked so beautiful, I started crying.
