They were especially incredible during his surgeries and recovery, helping us think through safe care options, checking in on him, and always prioritizing what was best for Wiley rather than just what services they could provide. They have made introductions, recommended trainers and other trusted professionals, and even offered to reinforce whatever training routines we were working on so that everyone in our dog's life could be consistent. Wiley absolutely adores these people, and that tells us plenty.

It was really special having our best friends at the wedding, and Sonia made sure that we did not have to worry about them at all so we could just enjoy the weekend. It's not easy to wrangle 170 pounds combined especially when there's a lot of human food around on tables, dropped morsels on the ground, kids running around, and a ton of special people the dogs get excited to see; but Sonia's calm, cool, collected nature transferred to the pups and they were relaxed and well taken care of and had a great time. Here's why Tiffany is so special: 1. She is uber-professional. Like, have-a-personal-meeting-take-detailed-notes-put-everything-in-writing-licensed-and-insured-professional. This is not your friend's college kid home for the holidays. Tiffany takes time to understand what you want and need, communicate how things will work, and anticipate information she will need while you are away so she rarely needs to bother you while you are out of town. And at the same time, she is observant and has a TON of experience in this field. So if she notices something wrong, or even just something that might require your attention or a change in the way she is looking after your pet, she WILL reach out to you and keep you in the loop. 2. She is in constant contact. We received multiple photos, videos, and updates on every visit by text. No refreshing email frantically or wondering when she will be over and if your pet is ok. She updates when she is on her way, when she has arrived, and sends such adorable pics. It gave such peace of mind to see George so happy with her. Which brings me to... 3. Tiffany loves animals and she truly understands animals. She took time to approach George on his level, and to get to know his personality and play style.
