There were no signs anywhere in the skating building saying you couldn't sit on the wall, but an employee came up and told us to "get down" in a rude tone. It felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. We also ordered hot dogs, and they were terrible. The buns were folded and looked weird, and the food didn't seem fresh. Between the rude interaction and the poor food quality, the visit was a letdown.

I emailed him after the previous tournament (2 weeks prior) to ask which two out of the three days that were listed my child's division would play so we could book a hotel room. He never responded. The day the registration closed (2 days prior to the tournament start date) I forwarded my previous email to him. He responded that afternoon with a quick line of sorry. We hadn't had an issue playing there until today. You can't see/hear anything going on in the middle courts. Their set up is definitely not viewer friendly. Cannot keep stats for further coaching because you can't see or hear what anyone says unless you are playing on court 1 or 2. We will not be back.

The reason I mention this is because the staff does warn you several times not to cross a certain barrier which can happen due to the nature of the event and if you do, there could be a possible lawsuit, so I was very worried about the kids crossing that line, since it was a very tiny area, and very easy to do so on the other side of that line or other people, ice-skating, including children, so you really do have to be very very careful. I will say besides this, it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly. They took photos of my family and I, with all of us in the bumper cars and although they started late, they did give us a few extra minutes for the inconvenience. I highly recommend at least doing this one's with your family. We laughed the entire time, and it was a great experience to do together.

Once getting into the entrance it's very busy, especially since every transition (ticket purchases, choosing skates, and seating areas for trying on skates) is going on at once in one cramped space. The workers there were professional and quick to help us out when we needed to replace our ice skates with better ones, so that was one of the positives about my experience. After going on the ice I definitely noticed how choppy and uneven the ice was, we were skating for a long period of time and it took them a while to resurface the ice.

I also appreciate how they kept the class relatively small. There were 8 of us, I believe, in the Adult 1-3 section, which was nice. The kids loved the space- we had 1-7yos and everyone seemed to have fun. We had like 7 or so families and their kids come and fit eveyone and a dedicated food table. It was tight with the tables in there because the building isn't very wide  but it worked out fine.  There were spaces for diaper bags and strollers.  The other really nice thing is the mini mall courtyard has seating outside so if it's a nice day people can congregate and the kids can burn out energy there too. In terms of all the play options, I loved it and the kids were entertained too. There are like 10 different play stations, a separate play area for the younger kids, kids books in several languages, a dedicated changing room that is separate from the bathroom. There was plenty of hand sani stations and three owner wore a mask the whole time. And there's also a groupon right now and she's running other specials you can probably book if you give her a call.
