A review for bday parties:…read more We had a party for one of our kids and my second child loved it so much she changed her bday plans and requested to have it at Olympia as well. We love we can bring our own food or order through their catering services. The website is user friendly & easy to book. Packages range from 10-40 kids. Pricing and # of tables provided for you to figure out to book, I like the 30 mins option and times are flexible for early to evening parties. We brought our crockpot and there's a place to plug it in. The space is just accommodating and the staff to guide the party were amazing and friendly. Assisting to setup & breakdown as well. We are so glad are guests enjoyed the party and was shocked to discover the venue. Even though it's a share space, it just didn't feel like it. I like the space they have for the parties and doesn't clash with each other. Highly recommend I had celebrated a 4 & 9 year old. And the adults themselves got to enjoy the obsracles.

After showing proof of the website error stating website is down, management continued to ignore their fault and charged the additional rate for being "late." The front desk staff need customer service training. No hellos... no I'm sorry I couldn't assist you, is there anything else I can help you with"... just blank stares. Note I was friendly and just trying to understand the additional charges when the website was not working. Not that I didn't pay. Also, this is all operational issues, nothing on the coaching staff.

I really wish I could rate them better, and saddens me that they do business the way that they do…read more They are close to our house so they are at a very convenient location for our family. Here is where the problems lay though... 1) My child is involved in many extracurricular activities and all of them auto-bill by credit card with no issues. However, Sugar Land Gymnastics will charge you an extra 10.00 a month for using a credit card. Most businesses would be more than happy to have a guaranteed payment every month, but not Sugar Land Gymnastics. 2) Again, my child is involved in many extracurricular activities, and sometimes the schedule needs to be adjusted. If you need to change your child's schedule they will charge you 35.00 to do so. Nobody else does this, it does not cost them a dime and they are going to punish you because you are trying to juggle things around in order to keep doing business with them. Makes me think they don't really want my business. 3) If they decide to cancel a class which they have done many times, they will not pro-rate the fees like everyone else. Instead they will give you a token for a make-up class. The problem is my child is busy the other days of the week. And on top of that the make-up token expires in 30 days. I can't even tell you how many tokens have come and gone unspent. They cancelled class earlier this month for "Winter Games" and issued a token. I searched the entire winter break and one class was available and I signed up for it and just got notice back the make-up class request was denied. As much as I would like my child to continue gymnastics I think it's time to move on to a business that values our business...

Throughout the years, and when in town, I have visited Enrich Gymnastics several times. I have gone…read moreto see my nephew and nieces. Initially, my nephew was shy. He started attending the "parent and me" gymnastics classes, and at first, it was tough to get him to pay attention to instructions because he would run away. Still, after approximately six weeks, he started loving it. Coach Shelby and Coach Agnes helped him learn the exercises in a fun way, and he has recently graduated from the "parent and me class." So, now he attends the Penguins class, which is for toddlers 2.5 years old (30 months) and above. He goes to class by himself and looks forward to it every week. My six-year-old niece was also very shy. In the beginning, she started in the cockatoos class for preschoolers; this was when she was five, and just recently, she graduated and now attends the flamingos class. My niece had Coach Andrew for cockatoos, and he was terrific at helping her gain confidence. At the Flamingos class, my niece has a coach, Alyssa, and she is doing so well! My niece won't stop bragging about her fantastic coach! I noticed Coach Alyssa truly cares and encourages her every time. Overall, they are very happy to attend. My sister tells me that Customer Service does a great job. There is an ongoing "Happy" feeling in the facility, and I feel this is because they are so family-friendly. The building has always been clean. I noticed there are not enough chairs in the lobby for all the parents and visitors like me, mainly during 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm (peak time), and it makes sense because even though the facility is enormous, there are so many classes with many children with their parents and all want to see them. I am happy and grateful my nephew and nieces love it and that there are places like this one that positively shapes their life.

So far my daughter had her first gymnastics class and loved it. This place is no joke when it…read morecomes to gymnastics training. The coaches don't introduce them self to the parents. My daughter has no idea her name. They take the kids in and immediately they're working hard for 50 min. They get a lollipop and a hand spray after they're done. I've never seen my 6 yo work so hard but she loved it.

NOBODY talked to me when I went to pick him up, not a single employee approached me to let me know what had happened, I had to get all the information from my 7 year old. I got there minutes before 12 (camp was 9-12) and my kid is sitting on the floor ALONE with teary eyes. Shouldn't there be a protocol for when these things happen???! I understand there's a risk on these activities, I understand I signed a waiver and this could've happened anywhere, but THE FACT THAT NOBODY SEEMED TO CARE and my son was there waiting for me WITH A BROKEN ARM!!!!! I called to talk to a manager, but they said one will call me back. Please do better and call a parent if a kid is in pain!
