They have good and reasonable prices, but their customer service is terrible. They broke two of my wheel studs and look at me as if it's not their fault that it broke, but they do have reasonable prices.
So today (Which is Saturday March 12) I went back to Wheel World to get the new tires put on the car anyways after the situation with their mechanic breaking my wheel stud on my car. Now I don't know if this guy is the owner or the manager of the place, but today he tells me that he don't won't to put the tires on anymore because it's a liability. Now this is the same guy that ask me after his mechanic broke my two wheel studs did I want them to continue trying anyways because it will still be okay to drive on because it's only two, now today he decided to tell me that he don't want to do it anymore because it's a liability. If I knew he would have turn the tables on me like that yesterday, at that moment when his mechanic broke my wheel stud I would have told him that they need to pay to get me two new wheel studs since his mechanic the one that broke it; but I was willing to go around it because of their prices. Also, I should have known better anyways, because when I first walked in there and the guy ask how may he help me and I told him that I need new tires for my car and the next thing that came out his mouth after that and quote 'WE DO NOT SELL USED TIRES HERE'. I mean what really gave him the assumption that I was there to buy used tires anyways? The only reason they getting a two star from me is because of their prices, but everything else is a thumbs down when it comes to this Wheels World. read more
