Unfortunately, when you have to let a remote employee go, they aren't always the nicest people and unfortunately in this case, the ex-employee took out their anger on the courier that we sent to pick up our equipment from his home. The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.
