Come to find out that 8 of them have threads coming out of the collars and four of them the image was way off centered. After bringing the shirts back and voicing my concerns to who I assume was the owner he brought out the guy who actually prints the shirts. Some pencil-necked geek who was full of attitude. He tried to tell me that it wasn't his fault that the shirts came out messed up and they aren't responsible for fixing my order unless I pay for the new shirts. It took everything I had not to slap his jaw off of his face. Poor materials and poor employees. Will never use them again. Avoid these ripoff scam artists at all costs.

After…read morewaiting their 2-3 week processing time I received an email on 3 March saying that the order had been processed along with a USPS tracking number. I waited a few days and tracked the package on the USPS site. It said that the package was received on 5 March and was awaiting acceptance. I checked daily for another week with no change in status. After a week I contacted Nametags4U and explained the problem. For whatever reason the lady I spoke to said to wait another day (?). I called the next day to say that nothing had changed. She asked me if I had contacted the post office. I'm not sure how this was my responsibility. Then she went into a non-stop monologue saying how it was not her fault. I tried to explain that it was certainly not MY fault but she wouldn't quit talking. I finally got fed up and yelled, " I want my godXXdamn money back. She called me an ass--holxx and hung up. Don't do business with this company.
