I loved the pics I saw on his website so a week later followed up with a text. He got back in touch the next day saying he didn't do landscape photography. We knew from EA's website that he was a talented and experienced photographer. However we were not prepared for how impressed we would be with the photos he delivered! We only had to speak with him on the phone once before we decided to book him for our wedding. We could see that his visual skill, use of depth of field, and unique angles coupled well with his eye for wonderful candid moments. He brought all of this and more to our wedding day to tell a beautiful and artistic story. Although we did not get the chance to meet EA in person before the wedding day, his kindness, confidence, and laid back personality immediately put everyone at ease. Rather than emanating stress during the family photos (when no one is where they should be and everyone is jumping in with iPhone cameras) EA was calm and used that time to capture amazing candid interactions. Throughout the evening EA was everywhere and nowhere at the same time. We were impressed with how many different angles and events turned up in our photographs. He was down on the floor at eye level with the children dancing; he was above the entire wedding scene overlooking the bluff at Sun Mountain Lodge. He even returned to the lodge (unpaid) after already having left to steal us away from the party once the night stars were out. His impulse, on seeing how beautiful the sky was, turned into one of the most amazing photographs I have ever scene. The Northern Lights, not yet visible to the naked eye, were streaming over the hills in his 30-second exposure. We knew at that moment how passionate EA was about his work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend EA to anyone getting married in the Methow Valley or beyond. Thank you for your amazing work!! read more

I can't express the gratitude I feel for EA and our stroke of luck at finding him at the last minute before our wedding. Because of COVID, we had to scrap all of our wedding plans and start over with only a month to prepare for our wedding. EA worked really well with us with such short notice. Our wedding was on top of a mountain with only 8 people, and EA managed to fit in and feel like a part of our very intimate group. Before the ceremony, he asked us very thoughtful questions about how much we would like him to be involved and what types of shots we wanted. He also gave us very helpful tips on recording the ceremony. As far as the photography itself goes...there's NOTHING I can say about the photos that do them justice. EA definitely has the gift, with a natural talent and eye that comes through in every photo. Please go check out the Weymuller website to see what I mean. We were originally not going to get a photographer for our wedding, and I now realize how terrible a mistake that would have been. Wow! We absolutely loved our photos from E.A. Weymuller. Working with him was a relaxing and natural experience. We had spoken with four-five photographers before we talked with him, and his energy truly stands out as fluid, competent, and laid-back. We were kind of nervous we'd be awkward, but he is so low-key, funny, and talkative that you don't even really realize you're being photographed. We received our wedding photos back a few weeks before expected (less than a month) and there were some truly incredible shots. We had like six other friends/family shooting the day for us who are somewhat skilled photographers, and there was just no comparison in the final work. I think one of my favorite things about E.A.'s shots are the range of emotion and expression he captures. Even shots that have been set up he manages to shoot at a relaxed, normal moment, so the comprehensive work really tells a narrative of the day--for us, one that completely hit the mark.
