Kind of pricey for what it is but the kids love it so this is kind of a mandatory stop every time we come to this mall.

WOW! just wow. I've never had any problems with this location, but man did my experience today…read moredisappoint. I'll start off with the good, I highly recommend the cinnamon sugar nuggets as they're addicting! However, that pretty much covers all of my positive experience. On the other hand, the cashier was the most unenthusiastic, slow, and unprofessional employee I've ever seen at First Colony Mall. I do understand that we all have our bad days, but having first met this employee I encountered empty eyes and rudeness. Customer service is hard--I respect all that are in the industry--but wow, if you can't show any gesture of kindness like a hello, hi, or anything at all, maybe this isn't the right job for you. I was told 3 minutes for the cinnamon sugar nuggets. Having a strict time to leave, I left payment until the cinnamon sugar nuggets were finished baking. After waiting for 10 minutes (not the 3 I was told) off to the side for other customer to order (VISIBLE to the cashier to see me waiting), I'd be able to come in pay and get what I was waiting for all this time right? To this employee no. She told me that I had to go in the back of the line after waiting 10 minutes off to the side, like does that make any sense..? Thankfully, the kind lady in line let me back in after noticing my predicament and was so so kind! She was apologetic--although it wasn't even her fault--and was a ray of joy. After paying the employee showed snark remarks under her breath and was handling my food in the slowest way possible, to waste my time. In total, it took 15 minutes from the 3 she told us to get a mere regular sized cinnamon sugar nugget. I don't know what is going on in her life, but I wish her the best because wow I hope she finds some joy.

We came in strong as a party of 12 for an earlier dinner at 5pm so it wasn't crowded. Our server…read morewas Jonathan and he did an amazing job. For being a chain, they are quite consistent but maybe better here in Texas with the service than in California. I ordered a split flavor of wings. They came out hot and seasoned just right. They didn't douse the dry rub or sauce too much when this is usually my biggest pet peeve about wings. It was just right. The only thing that went wrong was that I had asked for all flats but it came out mixed. Jonathan quickly recognized that and I let him know it was fine as is. Another miss was that one of our guys didn't get mashed potato's on the side and wasn't told they were out until his dish came out without it. He was of course provided the option right away to choose something else. But maybe better communication with the kitchen staff might have resolved both these issues. We also ordered the cookie pazookie monster. The blue icecream was just plain vanilla icecream. Cookie though as always, was delicious. All in all, great experience here at BJs.

I go to the Pearland location all the time and have never had issues. To note, it was not the food but the HORRIBLE service. My kids had an appt in Sugarland, so we went to the Missouri City location because it was closer. About 6 months prior, we had a bad experience at the Missouri City location and I decided then not to go back but didn't want to hold on to that one bad experience because prior visits were pretty good. Anyway, when we sat down, the waiter seemed nice initially. He seemed in a rush but still nice. After he seated the family behind us, his service got worse. I was with my family of 4 and we only had 2 sets of utensils, so I asked him for 2 more and he practically threw paper napkins on the table. I told him we need 2 of the cloth napkins with utensils and he said he has to walk all the way to the front to get it so we needed to wait. I said okay. My mom ordered the salmon and asked if she could substitute the broccoli because she didn't like broccoli. He said sure and she replaced with roasted vegetables. When her order arrived, it had all broccoli and ONE piece of cauliflower. I mentioned to the waiter she didn't want the broccoli and he said very rudely "THATS WHAT SHE ORDERED". By this time he was rude, so I went to the front and asked very nicely if we can get another waiter. The manager came explained later that the roaster vegetables have broccoli in it. If that is true, the waiter could have explained that instead of being so rude and frankly, if my mom said I DONT LIKE BROCCOLI and asked to substitute broccoli for roasted vegetables, why didn't he just say the roasted vegetables have mostly broccoli in it because there was only broccoli on the plate and one piece of cauliflower. We ate our meal and were planning to get dessert but didn't because of the poor service. The manager came out and I said I didn't want to make a big deal about it but would just prefer he not wait on us any more. I asked for a to-go container, which he brought. Whats crazy is that the rude waiter continued to wait on us. He brought the menu and asked if we wanted dessert. I said no and he grabbed the menu with an attitude. The kids who love the pizookies didn't want to get because they said they didn't want him to do something to them in the back so I took them someone else for dessert. How sad. My 11 and 13 year olds asked "can we not come here anymore please". As I stated earlier, we enjoy BJ's and have never had an issue at the Pearland location but I will NEVER go back to the Missouri City location. After reading the other reviews, they really seem to have an issue that they need to address. To end, I respect waiters for what they do because it can't be easy dealing with so many different personalities on a daily basis. I am very mindful of that and always try to be respectful to the point of tipping very well for great service. For example $35 for a $70 bill. However, as hard as it was, I could not leave a tip for that service. I didn't like how he mad me and my family feel.

What a wonderful brewery in the Fort Bend area! This place is spacious, with both indoor and…read moreoutdoor seating. There's a balcony area for outdoor dining as well as seating near the playground. The brewery also offers several amenities, including pickleball courts, a projector for movie nights, a large playground for kids, and designated areas for private parties. They have a variety of delicious food options. You order at the counter, where you can either keep a tab open or close it at the time of ordering. You'll receive a buzzer, and once your food is ready, you pick it up at the first-floor counter. My order came out quickly, but the Fun-Ghi Pizza took about 45 minutes. The staff was very kind and even brought complimentary chips and queso to our table to accommodate my friend while we waited. Food Recommendations: The Fun-Ghi Pizza - One of their most recommended items. My friend ordered it and loved the texture and flavors. Just be prepared for a longer wait time. Beer Cheese Queso - A favorite at our table and perfect to share while waiting for the rest of the food. Gulf Coast Tacos - I ordered the blackened Gulf shrimp on corn tortillas with a side of tater tots. The shrimp were large and flavorful. I'd definitely order this again -- a satisfying and filling meal for an adult. Talyard Burger - My husband tried this one. He gave it a 4/5. While it didn't have the presentation of a gourmet burger and looked more like fast food, he still really enjoyed it. Suggestions: The parking situation could be improved. The current lot isn't sufficient for the number of guests that this venue can hold, especially on busy days. Many people resort to parking on grassy areas -- fine if you have a high-clearance vehicle, but not ideal for sedans or coupes. Others have suggested implementing better crowd control during weekend events, which would definitely help. **FYI:** Check out their special events -- there's always something fun and family-friendly happening, like Easter egg hunts or movie nights. I'll definitely be back again!

Bathrooms were clean. There wasn't a huge selection of beers and nothing really stood out to me that would make me crave their beers. But they were all good. The food was very hit or miss. We came as a large party and had a spread. The vegetarian "enchilada" was surprisingly very delicious. And the brisket was not dry at all and had great flavor. The option to have pickled purple onions was great to go with it. The jalapeño sausage was also very tasty. The corn on the other hand tasted extremely canned and undercooked. And the pizza was more of an unimpressive flatbread like afterthought. All in all, it was a good time here with friends.

Clearly the glass had not been properly cleaned. I brought it to the bartender's attention and while she offered to remake the drink, there was no apology beyond that, no refund offer, and honestly no sense of urgency or concern about serving a dirty glass. By that point, I was completely put off and declined the replacement. I understand mistakes happen, but cleanliness at a bar should be the bare minimum, especially when it comes to drinkware. Unfortunately, this experience ruined the visit for me and I won't be returning.

The baristas and owners are genuinely welcoming and usually greet me when I walk in. Of course, if they're busy with orders, that might not always happen, which is completely understandable. What I really appreciate is how helpful they are. I'm pretty indecisive when ordering, and they've always been patient and willing to recommend drinks or answer questions. I usually go for their chai latte or spiced chai latte, and everything I've tried so far has been really good. Taste is subjective, of course, but I've personally enjoyed every drink I've ordered. From what I understand, they're also willing to remake or adjust drinks if there's an issue though I've never had to do that, even during busy times or when they're hosting events and pop-ups. So please double check with barista/management. One of the things I love about this locally owned coffee shop is their food. It's actually filling, which isn't always the case with cafés. My favorites are the honey garlic toast, bagels with cream cheese, and the buldak pizza. The shop itself is clean, well-maintained, and the restroom is always fresh, which I really notice and appreciate. There's typically a barista at the front to take orders, and when it gets busy, there's also a kiosk available. The layout is clear, with signs showing where to order and pick up, so it's easy to navigate. They also host events and offer space for meetings or casual hangouts, which adds to the community feel. It's a great spot to relax, read, study, or get work done. If I lived closer, I'd probably be here all the time. They also play great music definitely my vibe, though that comes down to personal taste. Overall, it's a solid, welcoming place that I've consistently had good experiences with. Plus it's Jeon Jung Kook approved! (See photo)
