I am praying the help me with my disability? Talking to a real person has been harder than I would like.

Deallt with Cameron in Knoxville TN who. told me that for car accident it's 10,000 just to pull the black box from a dodge charger and 5,000 to pull any surrounding cameras!! if 25,000 is the settlevent you are already down to 10,000 and then it's 44% for their pymt after that. he said it's best I just move on and forget about it. he said accident was my dads fault; however NO where on the accident report does it say that. Cameron was cold, flat out rude, and is the case manager for Knoxville--GOOD LUCK KNOXVILLE!!!!! Now I have an excellent attorney who has already shown the dodge charger was speeding! was not my Dads fault, and Cameron you are a poor excuse of an attorney read more

I would not hesitate to return to Wettermark Keith to handle my personal legal work. I believe they preformed as well as humanly possible dealing with the ever growing government bureaucracy. Brian Smith was a superb lawyer and Donna Cooper was a great case manager keeping me informed with any changes of the snail pace government updates. if you have any questions about our nations shortage of qualified employees just try getting something done that requires the government without good legal representation! Also the value was without question very worth while. read more

Brian Smith, where do I begin he was so unprofessional and like the other reviewers say totally arrogant he didn't listen to your answers he talked over you it's amazing how unprofessional he really is but luckily there's so many other quality lawyers that are willing to work with you and help you and treat you with respect and I found one read more

Brian Smith did not represent me in a professional way at all unfortunately. I had to do all the work and he would not communicate efficiently. I definitely would not recommend him for anything. No stars is what I would give him. I had to give him something to write a review. 1% effort on his and his staff's part. read more

From Jim Bolton. They took my case in January 24. It went on until August 25. They called and said they couldn't do anything for me. Problem is they had me go to a chiropractor at their advice which left me 3700$ in debt. Just be careful doing things they advise you to do. You may end up in debt. Jim. Bolton. I did get a partial favorable win on my disability case but none of that was credited to this law firm. They request you to only communicate with them through their app email. They are extremely non responsive to any and all communication. I sent multiple emails throughout the year process and none were responded to within a week, some took 2 weeks to respond some were never responded to at all! I even had to call the law firm about 10 months into my case to make sure they were still representing me in court because they had gone so long without any responses to any email or any answers to a single question I had. I was completely convinced that they had just decided to not represent me anymore. I provided all the information they needed for my case as I had been dealing with SSA for 2 years prior. Then after they were overpaid by SSA (25% on $8,000 more than SSA actually awarded) they still sent out bills for collecting medical information that I provided to them. If you use this law firm you will not talk to your actual lawyer until the day before your hearing. They do nothing but introduce themselves to you and tell you if they think they can win the case or not and during the hearing they do or say nothing to help. They just sit there until the hearing is over and then they tell you how they think the judge will settle your case. During closing arguments they do not speak or try to help clarify any questions the judge may have about some answers you had given that may have not been clear. I would not recommend them for any type of legal case. You will go through this alone if you hire them! read more

I reached out to Wettermark Keith back in August to help me with my disability appeal and signed up with them. I only spoke with them a couple of times and only once to an attorney - and they acted as if I was a Nuisance to them. I was able to get help from my doctors and the hospital and won my appeal. I have yet to hear anything from Wettermark about me getting approved despite me leaving messages. I bet they will be quick to collect their part. Take my advice and steer clear of their disability team and let your doctors help you In stead. Rob read more

I worked with Wettermark Keith in March to help with my Social Security disability case. Over the next few months, I had minimal contact with their team, speaking with them only a handful of times, and just once with an attorney. It often felt like my inquiries were unwelcome. Thankfully, with the assistance of my primary care physician and the clinic, I was able to win my case. However, I still haven't received any follow-up communication from Wettermark Keith. Terrible company read more

We feel that they sided with the other side if the settlement..we did not have a positive experience. I would pick another law firm if I had to do I t again read more

I hired them for my worksman comp claim. I couldn't get my lawyer to respond to my emails till I contacted his supervisor. The whole time he never filed any petitions or such. It feel like he was just waiting for his check. Switched to a lawyer that is local instead starting they are but actually in Alabama. Anyways new lawyer filed all the paperwork and got everything accomplished that I asked Wettermark to do. read more

After an accident with a tractor trailer, I found myself getting the runaround with the trucking company's insurance company. After dealing with that for several months, I called Wettermark Keith. Chris Keith and his team handled everything from there. No more runaround! It was a very difficult decision to involve a law firm, but when the other party was not playing fair, my hand was forced. I feel I made the right choice with Wettermark Keith and I highly recommend them! read more

WOW! My husband and I received excellent care from the Wettermark Keith Team as related to our personal injury case. They represented us so well and advocated for us in a pretty tricky situation. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family!! read more

Quick to take my case & lack of communication for almost 2 yrs. Ended up having to settle for almost what I personally paid out for medical bills. Not much help to me at all. I don't feel my case got the attention it needed. I kept getting passed around to someone else and having to provide the SAME information every time someone new was assigned. read more

I went through Wettermark and Keith for my disability claim. Brian Smith was my attorney. i had been turned down three times before contacting them. Brian was very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable about my case. When he called to say I had been approved I instantly starting crying. I don't know how I would have gotten through this without them. I'll forever be grateful for what they have done for me and how kind they always were. For those of you who keep getting turned down, don't give up. Give Wettermark and Keith a chance to represent you. read more

Do not use for Disability. They show up, tell you not to speak at your 1st court appearance then when you are turned down as 85% of people are they will send you a letter that they quit your case. I never spoke to them before or in person except for 5 minutes before my case was seen by a Judge. read more

I contacted Wettermark Keith after my husband passed away from cancer. They advertised they took Zantac cases. Well, they sent my case to a firm in Florida. That firm left me hanging for over 2 years and finally sent a letter saying the judge turned down the evidence. They would appeal on my behalf if I wanted. Then they text me saying to call them. The young lady informed me that if I wanted to appeal the chances were very slim and the zantac attorneys could go after me for their fees. I decided to call them back and talk to them again and got a person taking new cases for Zantac. I called wettermark Keith and they were taking Zantac cases. I was sent to a lawyers phone and was told he would return my call. I have not heard a word from them. This firm is not very reliable and can not be trusted. I feel like I was given wrong information and lost any chance of getting any help. I really needed this case to help me. I lost 2/3 of income when my husband died. I live check to check. If they were honest and told me I didn't have a case I wouldn't have got my hopes up for future help. Not a nice way to do business. read more

The best disability law firm in Alabama ! They were compassionate and competent. I was walked through each step of the disability filing process and told ahead of time what would come next. My case was a tricky one due to the number of doctors and conditions that had to be waded through ; however, Ms . Brooks presented my case to the judge in a professional manner that laid each condition and how it stopped me from working. The process of going from a healthly productive worker to a disabled person is an emotional as well as a physical drain on your soul. Wettermark & Keith and it's wonderful associates made me feel like a regular person and not a beggar. Thank You Victoria McCracken read more

What an awesome job! Wettermark Keith Personal Injury Lawyers are AMAZING! I and my family selected Wettermark Keith, partially because of the well-done TV advertisements and eye-catching billboards, but also because of the reviews we found on yelp.com, and here on Facebook. Here's my personal story, read on. I was making lots of huge mistakes at work in the accounting department, so my employer sent me to a counselor, and she gave me tests which apparently I performed poorly. So she sent me to Grayson & Associates Riverchase, where I was diagnosed with cognitive impairment and was told I should retire on disability. So at Wettermark Keith's website, I submitted a request for help. And immediately I received a call from Christian Golson and I also spoke with someone named Kelly and a gentleman named Kevin. All these folks were very knowledgeable about social security and how the process works. And I received a package in the mail explaining the application process. Then a kind lady named Teia called me and did an in depth phone interview, and so began these fine attorneys and their staff on my social security disability case. Donna Cooper was my case manager and she kept me in knowledge of any updates to my case, and she answered all my questions too. Amber Osborne, attorney, and Daniel Brian Smith, attorney, handled my case, and they won my social security on the very first try. Other Wettermark Keith professionals who worked on my case were Emily Rodgers, legal assistant, and Ben (legal assistant). and Kelly Parker (case manager). The result was me getting much more than I thought I qualified to receive, and my cost to Wettermark Keith was very reasonable because the staff at Wettermark Keith put their clients above profits. I and my family have used attorneys several times over the years, but the legal staff at Wettermark Keith are THE BEST, plus, unlike most law offices, they return emails and they return phone calls, often within minutes. I and my family highly recommend Wettermark Keith. Thanks so much and God bless! Mark N Tim Elders PS Also, Emily Bunn, case manager, also was very helpful with my social security disability case. Thank you WettermarkKeith for taking the time to review my case very quickly and did not waste my time. My disability case was positive due to the precise question so I was able to provide the information and records they needed. If you have a medical case I suggest you log on to your hospital and doctors patient websites for the most current and precise dates possible. I recommend the office staff Who did the work in a professional manner and made me feel my case was important. read more

I made the mistake of signing with this firm after being in a car accident. It took months and several calls to find out who the Attorney would be representing me. The Attorney assigned to my case was rude, condescending, didn't communicate well at all, to the point that I reached out to Keith (partner) of WetterMark keith , he was dismissive, rude, disrespectful and condescending. Telling me if I didn't like how his attorney communicates, feel free to end there representation, knowing dayum well if I terminate them and get another Attorney WetterMark keith will put a lien on future money's from future lawsuit . Atty Keith spoke to me as if I didn't matter, I was wasting his time, before my final payment was issued , I received a breakdown of expenses, it didn't add up (intentional ) , I emailed the Attorney letting them know , otherwise I believe they would've cheated me. Know your percentage/math, check n double check behind this firm/attorneys . This prompt the Attorney to send me a detailed / itemized list of the money/ expenses. I would NOT recommend WetterMarkKeith read more

I have to thank the team of Wettermark Keith because they saved my life and kept me from facing homelessness. I don't believe any other law firm could have done better. They got me my SSD and SSI! read more

Initially very impressed at the professionalism. I felt validated, especially after a lengthy conversation with my attorney. I called the attorney's case manager twice, no response. I finally spoke to David today. What he told me didn't add up. My case was being dropped, upon review of a Senior Partner. I've not received any written correspondence . Just heresay from an employee. In my opinion, this isn't a firm of integrity. The negligence of my injury that Wettermark Keith were initially compassionate to; abruptly changed their view turning it back on me. Suddenly, I'm at fault for a property's negligence. Why? David quoted my former skating coach, Craig Henderson's words, "You're an advanced figure skater." Then David proceeded to mention skating isn't popular in Alabama. Shelby County is very conservative and doesn't look favorably on the Plaintiff. Skating is a dangerous sport. Hmm. I'd just had my private lesson. Why didn't my former coach speak up? Because the City of Pelham persecutes those that do; per Wettermark Smith attorney L. Hume. First and foremost, my skill level has nothing to do with my accident. Secondly, ice arenas have an obligation to keep ice safe for skating. Alabama isn't exempt from these laws. It's a sad day when the injured is blamed and the responsibile party has no repercussions. read more

Wettermark and Keith is the law firm I contacted after being involved in a car wreck. Someone visited me at my home and explained the process. I took a day and went over all the information that I received. I contacted the firm to let them know that I would like to move forward with a case. I am glad I did, they are such wonderful and caring group of people. Anytime I had a question they were there to answer them. I was extremely impressed that Chris Keith called to answer questions and follow up with my case and kept me involved. Not just his assistant, which she is AWESOME!!!! I will always refer Wettermark Keith. Thank You read more

I had an open disability claim. My case manager was great. We were in the appeal process and I had been told it could take up to a year. during that time, about 3-4 months into it, I got a phone call from one of their lawyers informing me that the case manager had quit without filing my appeal. Also they would not pursue my case, because starting over would make no money for them. So good luck to me. I am now no longer eligible for disability. They waited too long to inform me. I would not recommend them to my dog. All they want is money, they could careless that I was done wrong by their firm. If I could have given them negative stars I would have. I needed that disability, now I live an extremely hard life financially. Because I have debilitating diseases, I will never recover. Financial aid is not available to me. I've tried. I'm betting they all know where their dinner is coming from every night. read more
