I am incredibly grateful for the representation provided by Mr. Thomas Johnson Moore, a private…read moreattorney appointed to represent my son. What a BLESSING that was! Although Mr. Moore was court-appointed to us, he never made us feel like our case was any less important. From the beginning he treated us with professionalism and respect. During the initial consultation, he took the time to explain the process, answer our questions, and prepare for next steps. I remember leaving that consultation appointment thinking... everything is going to be okay. His knowledge of the legal system and ability to navigate the circumstances of the case gave my son an opportunity to prove himself, learn from his mistake, and move forward. Through my son's compliance with all requirements, successful completion of the RESET program, and Mr. Moore's guidance and advocacy, the case was ultimately reduced to youthful offender and dismissed. I fully understand that this is a far better outcome than many defendants receive, and we are extremely thankful for the result. Shout out to Mr. Moore's team... JACOB & STEPHEN... you guys are amazing! Thank you for being responsive, and assisting throughout the process. Always professional, timely, and helpful. If you are looking for an attorney who knows his stuff, knows the courtroom, and is genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients, I highly recommend Mr. Thomas Johnson Moore.

Watching him work is like watching a lawyer straight out of a tv show. I had a previous lawyer who told me my case was not winnable, and that I'd have to take a guilty plea THREE days before case. I personally vouch that he is the man you need.

It has nothing to do with his fee, although he is most definitely hirer than most attorneys for Jefferson county. My issue with him was in the middle of our consultation, he looked at me and said "can you even afford an attorney?!" ok, so I was on my way to the pool, hadn't showered, & looked a bit rougher than usual, I'll give him that, but that does not call for the way he looked me up & down then asked that question in a very condescending voice. If I couldn't afford you, I wouldn't have been there! So I hired someone else to handle my cases, he was a little less money and has never acted as if I'm below him or unable to pay for his services. Mr. White could use some "bedside manners", so to speak!
