The entrance to the parking lot (which is off of LJ Parkway) is unmarked - no signage. However, the park is located right across from the Auburn Heights subdivision entrance.
This nature park doesn't have a playground or restrooms or picnic tables, but it does have plenty of green space with lakes, plants, paved trails, short trails through grass, and plenty of birds and nutria.
Occasionally there will be an alligator in the water, and sometimes there are snakes in the grassy areas so watch out & try to wear closed toed shoes if you can.
There's not much shade, but there is a small covered pavilion near the parking lot with a bench next to it. There's also an area with a water spigot (by the parking lot) to rinse off muddy shoes etc.
There are little nature nooks where you can sit on a rock and take a break from walking, eat a snack if you brought one.
