Elope to Savannah said they would sign a new marriage license, and mail it to the court for us. I communicated that I would reach out to them when we were able to get a new marriage license, but because of work and illness it took two months for us to get a new marriage license. Once we got a free day we paid a local minister to marry us legally. During our session with Elope to Savannah they suggested their mail service was unreliable and at that point I did not want to risk another mistake. Apparently their mail goes to Florida before it goes to the mail recipient. When I requested a refund they blamed us for taking a long time to get the new marriage license. They said a refund would be problematic in this economy because they are a small business. They gave a breakdown of their expenses and suggested a small partial refund. Being scolded for not getting this fixed right away was shocking. Use them at your own risk. If they fixed their mistake with us this way, imagine what kind of fix they will give you. Not a good experience.

We had to change our appointment time with him more than once and he was more than accommodating when we did! When you meet Chevy, you can see just from looking at him that he is a professional. At the same time, he makes you feel at ease the minute you begin talking. He provided everything we were looking for and more. Since my wedding was a destination wedding, I corresponded with Chevy through email and phone. He was always very available and prompt for any questions I had. My mom and I had mentioned to him that we were having trouble finding ceremony music. By the end of the afternoon we had received an email from Chevy with ceremony musician suggestions along with their contact information. He goes the extra mile to help you! I met with him only twice before my wedding and he exceeded our every expectation. He took the many requests for songs I had and even let me dedicate songs to an unlimited amount of people during my reception. His fee is very reasonable for the outstanding service he provides. He also let me make on the spot requests & changes and immediately delivered. He set the tone for the mood of the evening and it was wonderful. I got so many compliments from my guests that the reception was so much fun. Almost every seat in the house was empty the entire reception because everyone was on the dance floor including all of my grandparents!! The night was more than I could have ever hoped for and the time of our lives!! I owe a lot to Chevy & the music!

I hired Darla to shoot some "action" photos of me delivering a speech. Everything was fine until I…read moretried to get the finished product. The photos weren't great, but Darla never provided me with the final retouched photos for the ones that were useable. I emailed her multiple times and got no response. Finally, I had to ask for a refund. If I don't get that, I'll have to report the charge to my bank and get credited back. If Darla would respond to an email, we could resolve things, but she just ignores me. I do not recommend her.
