Bring all court documents or do not tell them that a child is a step child. they will say they offer a consent form and then make you stay anyways. (The biological parent) the communication was not good On this either. I addressed it with the surgeon because it was her call and she basically blew me off. The surgeries went well for all three. I just didn't have the best of experienc. So thats why the rating.

It took months to recover completely and fully, but in the end I healed so well it felt like a 'well-oiled' jaw that worked perfectly without any pain or discomfort -- so I would highly recommend Dr. Traub. We were very happy with each phase of our first day with this company. They set us up with their 1st available appointment that was over a month out, but put us on a call earlier list if there is a cancellation. This was great for us, because as retirees we could be available at a days notice. Both of us got calls to come in earlier than our scheduled appointments. Front desk staff were very efficient at processing Maggie & I as 1st time patients. The dental team makes the 1st appointment 2hrs long to do a very thorough exam. They want your input to get your level of involvement in the dental care process. The equipment they have is top of the industry standard. It gives the patient a good view of dental issues, allowing a more knowledgeable choice by patient & Dentist. We never felt pressured to additional care that wasn't truly required at the present time.
