With a troubling shoulder issue, I traveled to Alberta, Canada, for a family vacation, hoping the…read moreissue would resolve. We landed in Calgary and very luckily I was able to snag an appointment with Dr. Hoover the very next day. He was patient and caring, explaining everything in an unhurried manner as he treated me, and allowing my husband to video the maneuvers so he could replicate them afterward. He also provided me with exercises to continue the treatment at home. I felt much better after my session and continued to improve in the days after. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Hoover. He really knows his stuff and offers treatment in a kind and very knowledgeable way.

I've been seeing chiropractors and physiotherapists at various clinics across the city for almost…read more20 years, and unfortunately, many of my experiences felt like: walk in, "crack, crack," and you're sent on your way. PAHG is completely different. Dr. Jirjis is exceptional. I've never once felt rushed or pressured during an appointment. From the very beginning, it was clear that he is genuinely passionate about his craft and takes the time to understand the root cause of an issue rather than simply treating the symptoms. I had been dealing with chronic neck and shoulder pain for nearly 15 years, and Dr. Jirjis was able to make a significant difference and correct the underlying issues within a matter of months. I'm incredibly thankful to Dr. Jirjis and the entire PAHG team. The level of care, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping their patients is truly different. I highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Solstice Wellness Center enough. Dr. Brendan Androsoff is a wonder. His…read morepractical assessment of your spine and body is very thorough. I have "followed" him from his first practise in Calgary to Cochrane. I have a very difficult "body". Through years of my own physical use and abuse of my body, Dr. Androsoff just knows what to do! His schooling has taught him well. His soft tissue work is amazing and has increased my ROM through my hips/pelvis. He knows and realizes that a release is not going to happen. He uses gravity and gentle traction to increase my ROM and adjusts/releases as necessary. He's not your Chiro that just does neck, cervical and spine adjustments. He treats your body as individual as you are. Crystal Pellerin is the RMT that I have been introduced to by Dr. Androsoff. She is fantastic!! She quickly found the points of my body where I need "help". I began to have painful stabbing pains through my left pelvis while getting into bed. She researched the possible causes of the pain and worked on them and after a couple of weeks, the stabs of pain were completely non existent and I remain painfree. Crystal has magic hands and knows what parts of the body to focus on. I have been pain-free and massages no longer "hurt", nonetheless a good "hurt". My weekly, standing appt is the highlight of my week. I go to her and Dr. Androsoff weekly to maintain my body/spine. Well worth the drive to Cochrane to maintain my physical health.

Review #19 of Yelp's 30 Day Challenge 2012…read more Dr. Judy is my savior when my back needs some tweaks. After having my vehicle crashed into two times (not my fault) in the past 10 years I suffer from the long lasting affects of whiplash/stiff upper back/neck. Dr. Judy has been my Chiropractor for the past couple of years. She also offers Chiropractic Rehabilitative treatment to animals. It fascinates me and always makes me chuckle while I am sitting waiting for my appointment and a dog gets called in before me. This office further takes a holistic approach by offering massage (of which we've partaken in) as well as acupuncture (still to partake in). The staff are a friendly bunch & quite helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Judy & staff.
