There are only 4 or 5 tables inside, with a handful more outside if the weather's warm enough. Inside is country-quaint, with a mix of table and chairs; outside overlooks a reedy pond with birds and trees. The food was alright. Mushrooms on toast for the missus were decent, but my corn fritters were a bit thin and uninspiring. Stick to the simple choices and the coffee and you'll do alright.

In general, I enjoyed the Verdelho because it was like a mixed fruit salad and it was more unique in terms of wines I've tasted. The person in charge that day is very nice and in general they are open for you to try different types of wine and taste to find your suitable taste buds.

There are a few eating options here as well as some wine tasting options. Honestly, pictures couldn't do it justice! There's also plenty of parking and seating as well, and the venue was big enough that it didn't feel too crowded from all the people, but not big enough that you would get lost. We also tried the smashed pumpkin and tortilla chips- this was amazing, would definitely have this again!!! For mains we both had the crispy skin salmon and scallops. This was served with a fragrant broth which smelled divine and had a nice kick of chilli in this. The salmon was cooked perfectly, as were the scallops. Perhaps a little less pepper on top of the salmon. Overall, a great experience. Will be back.

First stop of our hunter valley wine tour. We receded in an…read moreenclosed outdoor-ish patio. There was one host explaining the wines while another lady poured. The pores are very small but enough to taste the wine. I really like the atmosphere. The winds were very unique unlike anything I've ever tasted in Napa before
