Wish I could give no stars. This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. They lie, and…read morescam you. I first had to go in for a pre-screening thing, they made me do a scan of my mouth, did not ask if I wanted it or not. I was then told I had to pay for the exam in order to schedule my actual cleaning, I did not want the scan and they forced me to pay. I scheduled my appointment, received multiple texts and emails confirming the date and time as the appointment got closer. The day of the appointment, I got a new text message stating my appointment time had changed to 4 hours later than originally scheduled. No one contacted me about this and I did not request a time change. I was very confused. Still before the appointment, I received a call from Aspen, they asked if I wanted to change my time from 11pm (which was the new time i did not agree to) to earlier, but still later than my original time. I explained this to them and they had no idea. They lie, and change appointment times without asking you. Months after my appointment, I receive a bill for $140 or so. My insurance should have covered it, and leaving my appointment, I was told I was all set. I call them to figure this out, and the woman on the phone said this was the fee for the exams for new patient, and is part of a new patient package and they will cover it. Then why send me the bill? If this is something included for all new patients, like you said, why bill me? Hoping that people get the bill, and just pay it. This company SCAMS. TERRIBLE.

When it comes to the dentist, Dr Anseth is great; unfortunately I am unable to give a 5 star due to…read morehis nurse staff member, whom was rude and offensive. Because I have to take a mild pain medication (prescribed for military injuries) she told me I won't need anything from the dentist and to just take my disability medication for the oral surgery I had just had done. I had no problem doing that but asked for a note of her telling me to take my medications from my family physician for the oral surgery. Of course her tone changed because she had no problem telling me to take my medications ( that are not prescribed for oral surgery but sever chronic disabilities) but had a huge problem With putting her own words in writing. (Usually that's cause the person knows it's wrong). I asked for the note to protect myself in case if there were to be any problems in the near future regarding my medications ( i.e. taking them for the oral surgery , needing them later for what they are prescribed, only to find out I now do not have enough). To top it off she asked me " why would you need a note have you done something to cause this rule" ( it was more accusatory than asking) I couldn't believe what I was hearing this on top of all her flip- flopping on so called policies ( which could never be explained just called policies). I not once said I wanted medication from her or anything just a note, I also told them about my medications ( not once hiding anything), I also let her know I have no problem having them call my doctor, I even opted for no gas and to be fully awake for the surgery, and yet I was treated as if I was someone not worthy of being treated as a fellow human being. Like some criminal junky wanting a fix. Yea I wanted to have my jaw butchered for 3 days of pain meds or a note. I understand people may abuse medications and medical staff need to be careful, but us patients/customers also have to protect ourselves as well. In the end I just figured I would do the review because medical staff really need to wake up and stop treating those of us that abid by rules and laws with some dignity, respect, and understanding.

EVERY person was kind compassionate knowledgeable and gave me the absolute best experience. I felt respected cared for and given full attention by everyone I worked with especially the finance lady. I was expecting judgement or to be brushed off really but she was so nice. When she came in a second time and said 'I talked to your doctor and he wants to help' and walked me through more details I cried. You can just tell how much everyone cares.

Many trips back and forth 20 minute drive one way. I wanted the old fashioned way of taking impressions and they said they do both so I assumed they would grant my wishes. That was not the case. They did digital. After several trips back and forth they did impressions. Second set of dentures was made. Still not right. Midline is off, bite is off and even with adhesive they pop off one side or the other or the front depending where I bite. Dr. Birr informed me that at this point it is costing THEM money and that they will refund my money. Turns out it takes 6-8 weeks for them to "refund" the insurance so I can go elsewhere. I was going to turn the dentures in and currently I am waiting for a "form" to come in prior to me turning them in. Dr. Birr admitted that she does not like working with dentures. I was shocked because had I known that I would have never gone to Quirt Family Dentistry for dentures. I have been without the ability to eat since December 2024. It is now May 20th 2025. I am currently waiting for the "form" so I can turn in the dentures. The other horrible experience was during the root scaling process the hygenist did not properly give time for the numbing to take affect before injecting me with the numbing agent. It was horribly painful, I cried and told her that was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a dental office and I have had many procedures done. I informed Dr. Birr and Kelsi the assistant of this horrible experience.
