The Chinese owner in this store is extremely rude and disrespectful.

Greetings, readers Please read it thoroughly. I queued up in front of this store with my two-year-old daughter to buy a lotto ticket. Behind me, a nice man stood patiently waiting his turn. The owner never acknowledged me, never said hi, and never even looked at me before moving on to the next person to assist. The person behind him informed him that she comes first and that you should help her first, and then he said, "Ya go ahead and scan your ticket," without asking what I wanted. I informed him that I would not coming to the store to get my ticket scanned. Thank goodness I have a ticket scanning app on my phone. I came here to buy a lottery ticket I told him, and he said, "ya $6 dollar," with disrespectful attitude. I feel the owner suffers from a serious mental illness.". I read through all of the other reviews, and they are all accurate to a tee. How can you run a business if you don't know how to treat or handle your customers? No matter what, you must treat every consumer equally. Customers are the ones who put money in your bank account. Keep that in mind. Remove the hatred and treat your customers properly, like I instructed you there in front of your face. If you are unable to do so, I strongly advise you to close your store immediately and seek counselling from a mental health provider. We can't take any more of your obnoxious behaviour. I'm hoping you'll be able to improve this in the coming year. You already know me, so I can talk to you face to face if you have any issues. read more
