Keith provided a 2-part proposal: 1) To provide the elevation certificate and 2) To prepare and submit a request for a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) to FEMA if his survey data showed it would be successful. After his survey for the elevation certificate, Keith let us know his survey showed that our house qualified for a LOMA. So we hired him for that too.
