So we decided to go to the library. We're we surprised! This place is gorgeous! Like a wood cabin on top of a hill facing a mountain! There are chairs on the lawn and on the back patio. There is a kids's playground and park adjacent to the building. As a former employee of Broward County Florida Libraries, I couldn't believe it! Like a Swiss Chalet with a fireplace and coffee chairs and ottomans to relax. Large windows so you can appreciate the view. Dave chose a table which had its own electric and had 4 chairs including 2 rockers. I sat down on one of the chairs that had a footrest and took in the view. There are beautiful Native American Indian artwork on the walls. So glad we came. A great reason to move to this beautiful city! I

The tunnel is narrow so fold your mirrors in if you have a larger vehicle! Only one car can fit at once so take your turn. This whole area is so beautiful so make sure to stop to take in the views! It can get more crowded as the day goes on, so I would recommend going early if possible. Highly recommend checking this place out!

It was a little bit drizzly, but the sites were still amazing as we drove the ever winding path. The tunnels were pretty crazy, one in particular being extra narrow! We were in a big SUV, but we were following a big SUV, so I figured if the car in front of us made it, we would! This is a great drive to make if you're in the Rapid City area.
