Tried to buy my Canon R6 w/ RF 24-70mm 2.8 lens for $500 bucks. I just laughed and left, the lens alone is $1800 used. Standoffish people working, doesn't seem like they want to be there, I know it's just a job for some but have some type of customer service. Just took some watches in that were in near mint condition. They told me they would only be interested in 2 out of the 6 but they had to be running. Went and replaced the batteries and brought them back. He said great let me get you prices. Couldn't find the first one needed help from another guy who found it in 60 seconds. Ended up offering me $60 for a $400 watch and $50 for an $1,100 watch. How does that even make sense. Guy was nice but was not knowledgable and man they are tryna come up on people. My boyfriend went to this location to order my Christmas present. He paid for my gift and was told it needed to be ordered and he would receive an email when he could come pick it up. When he came in to pick it up, he was told that the item was out of stock. The associate gave him a piece of paper to call and find another location that might have it available. My boyfriend was extremely disappointed until Maria offered to call different locations and locate my necklace. It took her a few days but she successfully found one in San Diego and had it shipped to the Westminster location. My boyfriend picked up my R2D2 necklace on Tuesday night and could not praise Maria's customer service enough. He recommended she be offered a raise for making our Christmas this year. He said that the manager played it off as a joke but my boyfriend was being completely honest and wanted to make sure she was recognized for her gracious offer to help him get me my present. He was so excited about what she had done to go above and beyond that I got to open my present early. He updated me on the status of my present throughout the last couple weeks and he decided that it was worth letting me open it early. We have both worked in customer service and we value someone who goes the extra mile.
