From the onset of doing business with Dustin, I found him to be disorganized, and bullyish. He and…read morehis crew came unprepared and the two-day job turned into a 6-day job. One of the days his crew did not show because they all had to go to immigration for hearings. His equipment was rented and no one knew how to assemble it at first. Dustin had to leave on a regular basis to buy more supplies instead of coming prepared. They spent more time in my garage and driveway than in my attic. Dustin brought pizza and other snack for his crew. They used my leaf blower instead of having their own. They left garbage and dead rats on my driveway. I had introduced Dustin to my neighbors in hopes they could get service before it was as bad as my home. ( neighbors on one side of me had rat problems and they drifted to my home) He bullied them into signing up and then they cancelled once he was gone. NOT COOL. I eventually contacted the owner and he stopped by to chat and offered me a nice rebate due to the troubles. Sadly the trouble never ended. Dustin became cold and rude and took forever to finally finish the job. I was assured they would return to check the space in a week and then in two weeks to make sure the pests were forever gone. This never happened. I would not recommend this company for pest control. I paid a small fortune to have all my insulation and duct work replaced. This is not what I signed up for. I feel taken advantage of and lied to. I also felt the unprofessionalism of this young man was horrible and downright sketchy. Also, I asked not to be bothered again, and to never send me a survey about their work. Alas, I continue to receive emails asking for this review, because at Eagle they don't listen, only prey on women in my opinion.

The owner, Derek, and his project manager Michael were incredibly friendly, professional and timely in providing estimates for each job. Our expectations were met and exceeded across the board and we will gladly use them for future renno and remodel needs and recommend them for home improvement needs.

Ali has been in business a long time and he builds a good 20 to 25 homes a year…read more The price range I've seen is in the low 200s to probably about 600k which is a pretty popular price point for a wide range of consumers. Overall Ali and his team do a good job but he does tend to have overly optimistic time frames and our 4 months timeframe was many months longer than that. Some was weather but some was hiring crews of 1 or 2 instead of full crews who can knock out stuff in 4 days instead of 4 weeks. (Interior trim was 1 guy for a month) Ali is great at building homes and knows how to get them done but he also needs to remember that on custom homes he's being hired to build a custom home they want and not the home he is going to build and give to them. It's a fine line but there is a definite distinction. Overall we're pleased with our home and we'll see how the warranty "touch ups" go after the first year. Enjoy!

I had previously heard that Roofing LA was pricier than other places in town, so being cost conscious, I called around. I could have saved myself a full week of headache and missed work if I had just called them to begin with... these were my experiences BEFORE calling Roofing LA. 1) Company A tells me they aren't doing roofing repairs. Refers me to Roofing LA, their competition. I should have taken this as a sign, but again was stubborn. 2) Company B missed THREE scheduled appointments to give me a quote within two days. This resulted in my missing a total of 5 hours of work, to only be stood up multiple times. After they passed along my number (which I did NOT approve) to one of their workers who spoke little English and didn't own tools, I told them not to call me again. 3) Called a handyman who could tell me little more than suggesting that I put a whirly bird vent in a space with only 6-8 inches of roof cavity. Not too wise of a recommendation. FINALLY, Ray at Roofing Louisiana gave me a call. He came over and took a look at my roof, told me I should remove my ridge vents, seal them up, add a whirly bird, then seal up the skylight channels. I braced myself for what I thought would surely be a quote that would break the bank... but BOY was I wrong! They were SURPRISINGLY inexpensive. They came and went, leaving NO mess, and did the job quickly and professionally. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my experience with This company. I appreciate the punctuality of the crew, the fairness of the price, and the professionalism of the staff. Again, my many thanks go out to Roofing Louisiana. They will definitely get my business from here on out.

The roofer fixed the valleys very well but did not open up the areas around the rafter tails. Now I find the areas I wanted checked are rotten and I have to pay another contractor to make the repair. Roofing Louisiana was the highest bid but I paid the higher price to make sure it was done right, I lost.
