I contacted this company to establish lawn care service on July 14th, 2024. Shortly after, I…read morereceived a text message indicating that an estimate would be provided within a few minutes. A few hours later, I received a quote for the service, which I accepted, and was informed that they could start as early as the following day. The next day, I was notified via text that an additional cleanup fee would be required, which I agreed to. However, I was then informed that the service would need to be rescheduled to the following day, July 16th, 2024. On that day, I received a message stating that they were experiencing delays due to a lawn mower malfunction. I replied that it was no problem and waited for further updates. Despite my repeated follow-ups over the next several days, I received no response. Finally, when I attempted to make contact again, I received a text message stating, "I'm going to have to pass on this job. I just don't have the time in the day to do it. I'd have to do it on like a Sat or Sunday and that's my family time." This experience was a total waste of valuable time, not only mine but also due to the delayed response and stalling, which prevented me from hiring another reliable company to complete the job. Because of this, I do not recommend this company. They failed to meet my expectations as a potential customer and should have been honest from the beginning.
