Summit has made mistake after ridiculous mistake for the last two years, and I just can't wait…read moreuntil we can pay off our loan and never deal with them again. We thought it would be a good idea to move our car loan to them because they offered a better rate, but the hassle it's caused has completely canceled out anything positive. They forget to do paperwork. Don't return phone calls. It took months for them to correct an error regarding our insurance coverage. They even accidentally made a payment twice then refused to reverse their mistake, or offer any solution. So we just had to deal with having twice the amount of money taken out of our account than expected and still make the next payment shortly after after finding out what happened. Trying to register the vehicle has been a nightmare because they never even filed for the title at the time we switched. Every time I think they can't possibly screw up any more, they do.

I had lots of questions and he was able to answer them for me. It was definitely a huge step for me to changed all insurances as I really don't like change. Since Jan 30th, I've contacted Shaun several times, felt like I was bothering him but he definitely makes me feel welcomed and always has time for my questions, promptly, I may add. I'm happy to have an insurance company local. I definitely would recommend State Farm. Thanks Again Lorrie Horkan
